offexcesssolventcementwithaclean

clothimmediately.

STEP 4Determinethelowestpoint,and

attachtheexpansionoutlettothe

fascia board by using a power drill

(FigureE).Alongthegutterrun,placed

theinternalbracketsatevery600mm

interval(FigureF).Inordertosupport

thefittings(joiner,internal&external

corner,stopendandexpansion

outlet),internalbracketsshouldbe

fixedatadistanceof150mmfrom

Theapplicationisnormallysuitablefortherunofgutterlengthexceeding6metresandwithoutanyincorporationof

expansion outlet.

Itisalsointendedforguttersrunningalongmultiplecorners,withoutthermalmovementprovision.

Utilizingtheexpansionjoinerinsuchinstallationwillpreventguttersfromwarping,bowinganddislocating,resultinginafairly

straightandneatfinish.

temperatureatthetimeoftheinstallation.Itisimportantthatthefittingissetintherightpositionforittofunctioncorrectly.

• Determinethelengthofthenextpieceofgutter.SolventCementthislengthofgutterintotheothersideoftheexpansion

joiner,ensuringthejoinerisstillsetatthecorrecttemperatureposition.
