• Small labs - online entry form• Large and Medium labs

• submit XML files from LIMS• Currently in Beta Test mode

• should be live by this fall

• Very similar to BacT’s• Currently in beta testing as well• Expect all labs to use XML

submittals but the web form can also be used

• CCRs are to be uploaded this year.• Must be “pdf” format• Print to “.pdf”

• Documents that can be uploaded:– MORs (.pdf format)– Chemical/BacT/Rads– Plans and Specifications.
