Minced meat sandwich to the contents

Products:

•250g.spiced minced meat;

•savory;

•yellow cheese;

•pickled cucumbers;

•fresh tomatoe

How to prepare:

You spread minced meat on the slices of bread, dredge them with savory and brown them in an oven. Then You dredge them with some grated yellow cheese and toast.When they are made You put on the top pieces of pickled cucumbers and fresh tomatoes.

Sandwich Fantasy

Products:•Some slices of bread; •some margarine; •some sausage; •some yellow cheese; •olives; •a tomato; •a cucumber and a large dose of fantasy.•How to prepare:

Hawaii salad Products: •a ½ head of cabbage; •2-3 tomatoes; •150g. cheese; •150g.olives; •a cucumber; •4 skewers; •a lemon and a bunch of parsley.

 How to prepare:

You cut the cabbage in a big bowl and mix it with the pieces of cutting cucumber and parsley. You add some salt, some vinegar and some vegetable oil. In the top of the salad You cut and put in a circle the tomatoes and then You grate the cheese. In advance You make the ‘palm trees’-from the olives and the peelings of the cucumber. Instead the peelings of the cucumber You can use leaves of onion.

Products:•1-2 tomatoes; •2 cucumbers; •about 15 olives; •a can of sweet corn; •a lemon; •100g. cheese.

How to prepare:

You put the sweet corn in the middle of the big flat plate, around it You put the the pieces of cutting cucumbers. Around them –the pieces of cutting tomatoes. You add the slices of lemon ,the cheese and like the stamens You put the olives.

Salad Father Christmas 

Products:

•a ½ head of cabbage;

• 3-4 carrots; head of beet;

•a lemon;

•10 olives.

How to prepare:

You cut the cabbage in a big bowl. On the top of it You grate the carrots. It’s a complexion of father Christmas. The hat is from the grated beet. Then You make eyes, a nose and a mouth.

Fruit saladProducts: •2 bananas; •2 apples; •3 tangerines; •a bark of cinnamon; •some powdered sugar/if You wish/.

How to prepare: You cut every fruit and arrange them in a big flat plate. You can dredge with some powdered sugar or add ice cream or some cream.

Salad with germsProducts: •a lettuce; •a bunch of green onion; •some germs of lentis;• a boiled egg.

How to prepare:

You cut the lettuce, the green onion and mix with some salt, some vinegar and some salad oil. You sprinkle with the germs of lentis. From the boiled egg You make a Sun and arrange it where You want on the top of the salad.

Citrus chicken

Products:

•a chicken;

•a ½ kg. potatoes;

•2 oranges;

• 2 lemons;

• vegetarian oil.

How to prepare:

You cut the chicken from the side of back, salt it and put it in the backing dish. In advance You press out juice from the oranges and lemons. Then You pour it on the chicken. You arrange with half-cutting peeled potatoes, add some oil and pour with a ½ glass of water. The first half of hour You bake the chicken under piece of folio. After that You get it brown till ‘golden’.

Rice with vegatables

Products:•1 tea glass of rice;• a package of frozen vegetables; •а onion;• some salt and some oil.

How to prepare:

You water very well the rice and spread it in the backing dish. You add the cutting onion and the vegetables. Then You pour 2 glasses of water, add some oil and a tea spoon of salt. You bake till the liquid vaporize. In the end You can dredge with cutting parsley.

Cheese pastry Products:

•a package of sheets of pastry;

• a ½ kg. cheese of cow;

• a package of butter;

•4 eggs;

• a ½ kg. bucket of yoghourt;

• some oil.

 

How to prepare:

You oil the backing dish. You make the mixture of the filling-You crack the cheese, add some eggs and some yoghourt. You take by two sheets of pastry, spread butter on them, then spread part from the mixture. You wrap up the cheese pastry, put it in the backing dish and oil it with the rest of the mixture. You bake it about 30 minutes on 220 degrees. When You take it from the oven and splash with cold water.
