COMPACT STEAM BOILER – ELV RANGE

Our fully packaged ELV boilers comprise everything required for the generation of steam. Utilising immersion elements to offer up to 190kg/h of steam for pressures up to 27 bar and a kilowatt rating between 12.5 and 120. This unit is suited for smaller applications, has a small footprint is clean and quiet making it ideal for installation close to the point of use.

STEAM BOILER – IS RANGE

For larger demands our IS range of Immersion Element Steam Boilers can offer any steam output up to 3345 kg/h between 36 and 2106kw to pressures up to 27 bar. Offered as a packaged solution with an extensive list of extras, allows users to tailor make the solution to meet their precise requirements.

WATER BOILER – IW RANGE

For all water heating applications our IW boiler range of immersion element boilers provides for small to very large demands. Rated at between 12 and 936kw an IW boiler is a fully packaged solution for pressurised systems anywhere up to 10 bar.

STEAM BOILER – ES (ELECTRODE)

For larger steam requirements or where a customer has a particular preference we offer our ES electrode range of boilers. Ranging from 54 to 3770kw with steam outputs up to 6000kg/h, these units offer a robust solution for any steam demand.

WATER BOILER – EW (ELECTRODE)

Similar to our ES boiler the EW range utilises electrodes to generate hot water, offering outputs from 216kw to 2150kw. Ideal for larger centralised requirements up to 10 bar.

COMPLETE MANAGED SOLUTIONS

As we supply solutions throughout the world our whole range is offered with a supply voltage from 380 to 690 volts to suit any local power provision. Manufactured to PD5500 our boilers are continually inspected during manufacture to guarantee the quality and compliance with standards. Our philosophy is ‘One size does not fit all’ and as a bespoke manufacturer we can offer solutions to suit any requirement. We offer stainless steel versions for clean steam, DNV for marine applications, programmable logic control for remote control and monitoring. Coupled with our excellent service and support we provide complete worry free solutions.
