    OTHERS COATINGS

    EPOXY OR POLYESTER COLOURED COATINGS

These coatings are generally applied on continuous galvanised steel sheet (SZ)- For greater protection, it is recommended to select a hot-dip galvanised

(HDG) finish.- For aesthetic requirements and inside buildings, an epoxy coating can be

applied on mild steel XC or SZ finish.- Outside applications : Polyester- Inside applications : EpoxyBenefits :- Save maintenance time by coloured location of the networks.- Provides a high corrosion protection, especially in severe environments. This two-way zinc+ coloured coating protection is the only process wherethe added corrosion protection properties provides more than the doubleof corrosion protection given separately.Characteristics :The coating is applied by electrostatic gun-spray then stove hardened. The heat-hardening powders offer good resistance to abrasion and shock, excellent lifetime value and requires no maintenance.Colours :Specify the RAL reference.

    OTHERS MATERIALS

    304 L : STAINLESS STEEL X2CrMi 18-10

(EN 10088-2 / AISI 304L)Good resistance to corrosion in natural and food atmospheres.

    316 L

: STAINLESS STEEL X2CrMiMo 17-12-2(EN 10088-2 / AISI 304L)Especially intended for the chemical and food environments, and surfacetreatment. Except by written agreement, all productssupplied Tolmega for stainless steel equipment always mean:- Not trimmed- Not degreased- Not cleaned, decontaminated or passivated .We can perform complementary treatment ofdecontamination / passivation on request.

    AG3 :ALUMINIUM ALLOY 5754

(EN 573- NF EN 485 / ASTM B275 - ASTM B209)As for the stainless steels,AG3 is protected from exteriorcorrosion by a passive layer of alumina, which is naturally formed in the air.Its resistance to corrosion is very good in neutral environments (4
