Joyce Branderhorst would like to thank her Calvary family for the cards, poinsettia and caroling! “We would like to thank our Calvary family for caroling to us, bringing the beautiful poinsettia, and cards. Dale sang right along with the carolers! You made Dale and me very happy. Dale remembered the caroling after and still hums and sings the songs!

We are blessed.” Dale and Norma De Witt “Thank you for the wonderful cards and the carolers who braved the snow storm and sang to me. I truly enjoyed it!” Beulah Plakke Earl and Clare Schipper “would like to thank our friends at Calvary for the Christmas cards, the beautiful poinsettia and the carolers that came and sang to us Sunday night!” Arlene Stygstra and her daughter’s family thank the beautiful Calvary carolers. Year End Giving Reminder
Thank you for your faithful support of Calvary Church. Our ministries continue to bless many people. However, we do have a challenge. General Fund Offerings have been less than budget for most of this fiscal year, and in December the shortfall increased significantly. December is an important giving month for the church. Financial and ministry decisions for the remainder of the fiscal year are influenced by the total offering amount through December. If you have fallen behind on your Run With Faith pledge or normal giving amount, please prayerfully consider catching up before the end of December. For those in a position to give a little extra before year end, please prayerfully consider doing so.
Please put your year-end offering in the offering plate on Sunday, December 25, or make sure it is postmarked by Saturday, December 31, or to the office by Friday, December 30, so that it counts for 2016.
Note: Giving appreciated stock is a great way to give. The tax benefit could be significant. Contact Mike De Waard for information on Run With Pledges and Stock Donations.
