The Prosecutor’s Office withdraws the charge of murder for the crime of the gas station

The prosecutor’s office yes-terday withdrew the indict-ment for manslaughter of the accused of the death of

Jose Luís Pereiras in the morning from September 21 to 22, 2011 at a gas station in Santa Coloma. On the contrary, the lawyer of the par-ticular indictment sentenced him to 14 years in prison plus 10 years of expulsion from the Andorran territory, as well as compensation to the direct relatives of the victim, ranging from 30,000 to 80,000 eu-ros.

Court (TC) yesterday admitted the appeal against the judgment of the Superior Court (TS), which requi-res tenants of the shopping center of Sant Julià de Lòria to leave the department store.
