ALLFETT completely take overthe work load spend on lubrication with a system which is bringing togather a pump, control unit, distributors,tubes and couplings. Lubrication work is done by ALLFETT centralized lubrication systems in efficient timeof machinery or vehicle which is while operating.

Lubrication is important for all frictional parts but using correct lubrication system and method onlyprotect parts from wearing for a long time. Feeding lubrication points with correct dosage of lubricant atcertain intervals while machinery is operating, provides lubricant film in place longer between parts. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

EK - 9 series products are electronic control cards which designed to control ALLFETT centralizedlubrication systems. EK-9 controls time period of pump in second, minute and hour. Also optional componentssuch as low level and distributor cycles can be monitored.

Lubricant level inside pump reservoir cen be monitored and if lubricant level goes down, controlcard crates alarm. This alarm signals can also be connected to external positions from system.

EK-9 electronic control card can also create motor fault alarm, pressure alarm and fuse brokenalarm. With these alarms, system can be fully monitored.

EK-9 electronic control cards made by military class high quality components. Control cards producedin high precision with SMD technology provides longer life time and high quality.

Electrical grease pums are manufactured only lubrication purpose. It is not convenientto run these pumps more than 2 hours continuously.

Appropriate electrical energy ( DC Voltage ) is connected to system ;

EK-9 electronic control card starts to operate system pump for programmed working time values.Pump continue to operate and send grease to lubrication points untill programmed time value is reached.While pump is operating, agitator inside reservoir is turning clockwise.

When programmed working time value is reached, EK-9 control card stops the pump and gets intowaiting period. Control card stops the pump motor as long as programmed waiting time period is complated.

EK-9 electronic control card checks low level signal in waiting period. Low level indicator is optional.If pump has low level indicator and level of grease is under minimum level, control card create an alarm onprogram display with red LED.

EK-9 electronic control card checks pressure signal in working period. Pressure indicator is optional.If pump has pressure indicator and main line pressure is reached adjusted value, control card create an alarmon program display with red LED.

EK-9 control card creates alarm signal if fuse is broken. Also control card create alarm signal if anycable is broken or loosen.

All necessary information and alarm signals are shown on program display. If necessary, warningleds can be connect external components which are sirens or sirens with leds.

EK-9 electronic connection details and explanations are described below. All electrical cables mustbe connected properly to related position.

Any maintenance on EK-9 control cards under electrical voltage could lead to personalinjury. Disconnect all electrical power before any maintenance .

CONTROL PANEL INFORMATION

While control card is operating, adjusted program details is shown on program display. Programmedwaiting time period and pulse quantiy values are shown as count down in related period.

Working time period can be set up to 60 minutes ( 59 minute and 59 second ). Waiting time periodcan be set up to 100 hours ( 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds ).

In case of any alarm occured, related alarm description will be displayed on program display whilered LED is on. Also alarm time will be displayed and saved into card memory.

If any electrical shot down, EK-9 electronic control card saves the values into memory to resumeafter electricity comes back.

CONTROL CARD PROGRAMMING

On program display, password letters are displayed and fist digit on the left of numbers is flashing. PressingADDITIONAL CYCLE button each time changes displayed number. When required number is displayedpress SERVICE button to save and continue to next digit. Repeat same step for next 3 digits. Afterconfirmation last digit by pressing SERVICE button completes this step and continue to next step.

Step 3. Chosing languageIn this step displayed language will be chosed. Pressing ADDITIONAL CYCLE button changes thelanguage options. When required language option is on program display press SERVICE button to saveand continue to next step.

Control card password can be changed anytime in programming mode. Factory default

password is 1234.

Step 2. Password protection

After PROGRAM letters are fade out, PASSWORD letters are shown on program display with numbers. Ifpassword entered incorrectly, programming mode ends. To continue to programming mode passwordhave to be entered correctly.

STEP 1. Entering program mode.To entering program mode press twice to SERVICE Button. PROGRAM letters will be displayed on programdisplay for 2 seconds.

EK-9 control card programming is simply done by SERVICE and ADDITIONAL CYCLE buttons. Eachsteps and necessary informations are shown on program display. Please follow these steps described belowto enter required values into control card memory.

While programming to card memory, the time interval for pressing the buttons must

be in 10 seconds. If 10 seconds is passed, control card exits program mode without

saving any values entered before.

CONTROL CARD PROGRAMMING

First digit of minute section is flashing. Pressing ADDITIONAL CYCLE button chances the number onflashing digit. When required number is seen on program display press SERVICE button to save andcontinue to next digit. Repeat same step for next digit. After selecting minute number, first digit on secondsection will be flash. Repeat same steps to select required numbers on minute section. After confirmationlast digit by pressing SERVICE button completes this step and continue to next step.

STEP 5. Setting waiting time period option

In this step, numbers are shown on program display and Yellow LED is on. Waiting time period will beselected. Waiting time values can be set up to 99 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.

First digit of hour section is flashing. Pressing ADDITIONAL CYCLE button chances the number on flashingdigit on hour section. When required number is seen on program display press SERVICE button to saveand continue to next digit. Repeat same step for next digit. Repeat the same steps to set minute andsecond section values. After confirmation last digit by pressing SERVICE button completes this step andcontinue to next step.

STEP 4. Setting working time period

In this step, numbers are shown program display and Green LED is on. Working time values will beselected. Working time value can be set up to 59 minutes and 59 seconds. minutes.

STEP 6. Setting new password

In this step, NEWPASS (New Password) letters are shown with numbers on program display. New passwordnumbers will be set.

Fist digit on the left of numbers is flashing. Pressing ADDITIONAL CYCLE button each time changesdisplayed number. When required number is seen on display, press SERVICE button to save and continueto next digit. Repeat same step for next 3 digits. After confirmation last digit by pressing SERVICE buttoncompletes this step and continue to next step.

STEP 7. Setting device number

In this step, DEVICENO (Device number) letters are shown with numbers on program display. Devicenumber will be set.

Fist digit on the left of numbers is flashing. Pressing ADDITIONAL CYCLE button each time changesdisplayed number. When required number is seen on display, press SERVICE button to save and continueto next digit. Repeat same step for next 3 digits. After confirmation last digit by pressing SERVICE buttoncompletes this step and continue to next step.

Completing programming

After setting device number, control card programming is completed. All leds and program display willfade out for couple of seconds, then card starts with pulse counting with green led is on.

While electronic control card is active and green led is on, that means program is

operating working period. Yellow led means waiting period and Red led means Warning.

In case of warning (RED led is on), control card shows which type of alert and its

progress time on LCD display. This alerts are saved on card memory with time.

While programming on to card memory, the time interval for pressing the buttons

must be in 10 seconds.

CONTROL CARD MAINTENANCE

Unouthorized modifications to the units and the use of unouthorized spare parts andaids prohobited and disqualify the warranty.

Electrical connections for the EK-9 control card may only be done by qualified personnel. Improperlyconnected cables may couse damage to property and serius injury to person. It is important to check allelectrical cables are properly placed to devices.

EK-9 Control card is not working ;1.

Make sure control card is connected to correct electricity. EK-9 control cards must beconnected 10 - 30 V DC electricity.

a.

Transformer may be used to convert AC voltage to DC voltage. Transformer should be atleast 5A.

b.

Electrical connections between control card and electrical motor may be broken or loosen.Chceck the cables are firmly placed togather.

a.

EK-9 Control card is working but motor alarm is displayed ;3.

Pressure switch installed on system may different than ALLFETT pressure switches. Makesure the pressure switch connected as �NO� (Normally open) contact.

b.

System working pressure goes up if one or more of the lubrication point(s) blocked. Checkall lubrication lines and find blocked one(s) then remove blockage from lubrication point.

a.

EK-9 Control card is working but pressure alarm is displayed ;5.

Any maintenance on EK-9 control cards under electrical voltage could lead to personalinjury. Disconnect all electrical power before any maintenance .

You must not dismantle the product or any product component while warranty periodis continue. Doing so invalidates all warranty claims.

TECHNICAL SERVICE

EK-9 Control card is working but fuse broken alarm is displayed ;2.

Change the fuse on control card box with new fuse minimum 3A.a.

Reservoir of the electrical grease pump connected to system may empty. Fill reservoir withappropriate lubricant.

a.

Electrical connections between low level indicator electrical socket and control card may beloosen or broken. Chceck the cables are firmly placed togather.

b.

EK-9 Control card is working but low level alarm is displayed ;4.

11. Using high frequency wireless cominication devices 1 meter distance from the card may couse malfunction.Damages or faults occur from this reason DISQUALIFIES THE WARANTY.

10. Control card works between 10 to 30 DC Voltage. Although there is a protection against high voltage,control card may be broken if connected to high voltage power source. Damages or faults occur fromthis reason DISQUALIFIES THE WARANTY.

8. Changing fuse inside electronic control card must be 3A. Connecting wrong fuse to product DISQUALIFIESTHE WARANTY.

7. Transformer is necessary if there is no � 24 V DC � electrical source. Use minimum 5A current transformer.

Keeping an uncovered cable(s) during system assembly may cause fatal damages where high voltageis transformed to low voltage. Lines must be connected properly to prevent personal injury and damageto property.

Damages coming from voltage fluctuation, wrong electricity installation, connecting wrong voltage toproduct DISQUALIFIES THE WARANTY.

All electrical connections and lines must be checked regularly for damage and to ensure that they arefirmly in place.

3. Pumps and other components in lubrication system has different electrical connection. Electrical linesmust be connected properly as described in manual and applied only by qualified and instructed personel.

2. Washing of the control card with water is prohibited. Any damage occur from this reason DISQUALIFIESTHE WARANTY.

1. Damages occur while additional transports after delivering the goods from ALLFETT to the customerDISQUALIFIES THE WARANTY.

12. ALL-1 series electrical grease pumps connected to electronic control card are produced to lubricationpurpose only and are not convenient to work more than 2 hours continuously. Working under maximumpressure more than 2 hours will harm the system. Damages occur from this reason DISQUALIFIES THEWARANTY.

13. Painting pump reservoir is inconvenient if lubricant level monitoring by eye. Low level indicator is optionalcomponent, because of that the painting reservoir prevents monitoring level of grease inside reservoirby eye. Low level indicator option is recomended if reservoir painted or lubricant can�t be seen inside.

Disassembling or loosing any part while pump working is prohibited. Any damage coming from thisreason DISQUALIFIES THE WARANTY. Also any personal injury occur from this reason ALLFETT doesnot accept responsibility.

Another goal of Centralized Lubrication Systems is to protect environment. So it is adviced to fill greaseto the systems by mobile or hand pumps.

Unouthorized modifications to the units and the use of unouthorized spare parts and aids prohobitedand DISQUALIFIES THE WARANTY. Only maintenance may apply descibed in PAGE 14 - 15. ALLFETTTechnical Service must be informed to any other possible troubles and necessary procedures must beperformed.

The warranty period is two years from the date of delivery.The product including all its components is under the warranty of our company.In case of defects within the warranty period the period spent in repairing is added to the warrantyperiod. The repairing period is maximum 30 days. This period starts from the date of delivery ofthe product to the services centers or to the seller, the agency the representative, the importer orthe manufacturer of the product respectively, in case there are service centers.In case the product has material, workmanship or manufacturing defects, the product will berepaired free of charge and expenses of any sort including labor, the value of the parts replacedor any our charges.The product will be replaced free of charge; - If the product permanently disfunctions due to repeating the same defect more than four timeswithin the warranty period - If the maximum period for repairing is exceeded. - If it is determined that the defect cannot be repaired by report written by the service, or inthe absence of service centers, by the seller, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer ofthe product respectively.The present warranty does not cover damages resulting from importer handling by deviating fromthe instructions in the manual.General administration of protection of consumer rights and competition in the ministry of industryand commorce may be applied for problems concerning the warranty certificate.

DANGEROUS OR HARMFUL CONDITIONS TO ENVIRONMENTAL ANDHUMAN HEALTH DURING USE

All ALLFETT systems are producing according to relevant provisions of security regulations. Thereis no risk for environmental and human health during use.

TRANSPORT AND STORAGE

There are no restrictions on transportation by land, air and sea. In general, products should bestored in a dry and dust-free environment. The storage temperatures are between -10°C and +40°C.

All products are packed with paper based support matarial to reduce damage. Upon receiving thepackage please check the items for possible damage.
