P.7 PharmacyTechniciansFromThe Perspective Of Pharmacists In Eskişehir

In the current work, we carried out aresearch on the evaluation of pharmacy techniciansfrom the perspective of pharmacists in Eskişehir.The pharmacists in this test were chosenby random sampling method. The material of this survey was a questionnaire replied by 150pharmacists representing four different socio-cultural groups in Eskişehir. The data of thetest were analysed in general and in subgroups, then those analysis were given in percen-tages and shown in graphs. For pharmacists, the most important field of pharmacy techni-cians perfection must be prescription and authorization system due to the ever-changingsystems of authorization and Declaration of Healthcare Applications. When a mistake ismade about this system, a fine is imposed to pharmacists by Social Security Institution anda suit could be prosecuted against pharmacists on account of the fact that the govermentis undermined.

In the present study, general properties of pharmacy technicians and their pleasure intheir jobs were evaluated in Eskişehir.The pharmacy technicians of this test were chosenby random sampling method. The material of this study was a questionnaire replied by150 pharmacy technicians representing four different socio-cultural groups in Eskişehir.Thedata were analysed in general and in subgroups, then those analysis were given in perten-tages and shown in graphs. This survey pointed out that one of the most important pointin all areas is the lack of education of pharmacy technicians. Generally, pharmacy techni-cians don't go to hiqh-school: but most of them attend Turkish Pharmacists' Associationcourses. Another important point of this survey is that pharmacy technicians have a qreatpleasure in their jobs, although they think that they don't earn enough money. 53.3% ofthe participants receive their salaries in the range of approximately 500-1000 TL.

Bu projenin amacı dünyadaki eczacılık fakültelerinde kullanılan değişik öğrenci değerlendir-me metotları hakkında literatür analizi yapmaktı. Bu proje kapsamında değişik değerlendir-me metotları anlatılıp tartışıldı. Bazı değerlendirme metotlarının avantaj ve dezavantajları
