Location of EIOPA
EIOPA is located in the “Westhafen Tower”, not far from the Frankfurt central station
directly at the river “Main”. The address is:

Travelling to EIOPA
From Frankfurt International airport:
By public transport: from Frankfurt airport take the S8 or S9 (direction “Hanau”). At
the third stop, get off (station Frankfurt “Hauptbahnhof”).
Buying your ticket:
For a single ticket from the airport to Frankfurt just press the button “Frankfurt
Einzelfahrt” near the middle of the buttons on the ticket machine.
For a single ticket from Frankfurt to the airport press the Button “Frankfurt
Flughafen Einzelfahrt”.
Cost per ticket: 4.90 €, travel time: 11 minutes

By taxi: taxis are available at every exit of the Frankfurt International airport.
Depending on traffic the taxi could take 10-20 minutes to the Westhafen Tower.
Cost per taxi ride: approximately 25 €
From Frankfurt central train station:
From Frankfurt’s central station (“Hauptbahnhof”) it is only a 10 minute walk to EIOPA:
1. Use the south exit of the station building.
2. Turn right and walk straight on for 150 meters (you should see an outdoor car
parking to your left).
3. At the end of the car parking, turn left into “Stuttgarter Straße” walk straight on.
4. At the end of “Stuttgarter Straße” cross the traffic lights and turn right into
“Gutleutstrasse”, walk straight on for 50 meters.
5. Then turn left into the first street named “Schleusenstraße”.
6. Walk straight on for 200 meters at the end of the street you can already see the
Westhafen Tower.
Visiting us by car
Coming from North (A5) / West (A66)
Arriving at Eschborner Dreieck please leave the Autobahn at exit
A 648 in direction Frankfurter Kreuz, Frankfurt/Stadtmitte.
Please leave the Autobahn A 648 at Westkreuz Frankfurt and join
the Autobahn A 5 in direction Frankfurter Kreuz, Basel. At exit
Westhafen please leave the Autobahn following the course of the
street (Gutleutstraße) through Frankfurt’s Gutleut district. When
arriving at Hafenstraße please follow the signs to Westhafen and
turn right. Then, turn left into Speicherstraße and stay in the righthand
lane. At the end of the buildings on your right-hand side you
will see the Westhafen Tower.
The entrance of the garage is located on the right side next to
Westhafen Tower.
Coming from South (A3)
Please leave the Autobahn A 3 at exit Frankfurt-Süd and drive in
direction Stadtmitte. At the AEG Building please stay on the left
side and turn left into the Stresemannallee. After a while you
cross a bridge (Friedensbrücke). After having crossed the bridge
please turn right into Wilhelm-Leuschner Straße. Turn off right at
the next possibility into Wiesenhofstraße, then immediately turn
right again into Untermainanlage.
You pass through under the bridge and take the left-hand lane
passing Westhafen Tower, align yourself on the left side and make
a u-turn.
The entrance of the garage is located on the right side next to
Westhafen Tower.
Coming from South (A5)
Arriving at Westkreuz Frankfurt please leave the Autobahn A 5 at
the exit A 648 in direction Frankfurter Kreuz, Frankfurt Stadtmitte.
Join the Autobahn A 648 until its end and follow the course of the
road. Arriving at the fair and exhibition centre you stay in the righthand
lane following the course of the street half-right-handed.
Then you cross Mainzer Landstraße and drive straight ahead
passing the main station of Frankfurt.
Before you cross the bridge (Friedensbrücke) you turn right into
Speicherstraße and follow the course of the street.
At Westhafen Tower you must align yourself on the left side and
make a u-turn.
The entrance of the garage is located on the right side next to
Westhafen Tower.
