2007: Establishment of steering committee, that renewed in 2010.
2008: Approval for two years 2009-2010 plan for IT application in health.
2009: Order 02/CT-BYT for enhancing IT application in health. 2010: Decision 1191/QĐ-BYT, of organizing structure for IT
services in health sector. 2011: 2011-2015 plan for eHealth
