    e-Scholarship - Electronic disbursement of scholarship to more than 4.2 crore students.

    Resulting in transparency and faster transfer of scholarship to the students of the ruralareas.

    Bhulekh - An e-Governance application specially for rural masses. implemented in all the

    312 tehsils impacting more than 25 million landowners spread across 1 lakh villages and

    100 million plot holdings.

    Old Age Pension - A web based Old age Pension Information System implemented to

    benefit more than 40 lakh senior citizens of the state.

    Tehsil Diwas - A grievance monitoring system implemented in all the Tehsils is proving

    to be a boon for the people living in far flung areas of the State.

    Vahan - An IT based solution for Transport Department covering, registration of vehicles,fitness, enforcement, tax collection etc. The project "VAHAN" is running successfully at

    72 Regional Transport Office (RTO)/Assistant RTO, in all the districts of the state.

    Online Counseling - only state after IIT and IEEE to conduct the online counseling for

    admission to various Engineering, Management, Pharma & Architecture Institutes of thestate. Counseling also being done for CPMT, B.Ed, Diploma Engineers

    Koshvani - (http://koshvani.up.nic.in) designed and developed to keep the financial health

    of the state and to bring transparency into Government Transaction. More than 160 HOD

    are benefited to get there grant/scheme wise progressive expenditure/Budget details.

    Crime and Criminal Tracking Network Systems (CCTNS) - Mechanism to provide an IT

    enabled Processes from Police Station level upwards and also provide public service

    delivery systems. Create facilities and mechanism to provide public services like

    registration of online complaints, verification of persons etc.

    Ration Card - Ration Card Issuance and Food Grain Movement Tracking System for Food

    and Civil Supplies Department. Data of more than 5.5 crore ration card holders alreadydigitized and available on http://fcs.up.nic.in

    Sugarcane Information System (SIS) - of Sugarcane Department, Uttar Pradesh is the

    largest rural information technology platform in the country providing a comprehensivesolution to all the needs of sugarcane farmers. Around 29 lakh farmers and their families

    livelihood activities thrive on sugarcane production, and there are 125 sugar mills, in total,

    operating in the state. SIS was conferred with a gold award in 15th National Conference
