•area covering voluntary systems work very effectiv and efficient

•number of members is in- / decreasing, different efforts and methods in advertising and recruiting……

• Identification with area and local people as well as responsibility for safety and help, etc..

• differences in the knowledge and interest or acceptance of voluntary systems

• fruitful discussion of a very well prepared questionaire about Volunteer Firefighters from the Lithuanian colleagues.

• continuing EFSCA activities between the annual meetings bring benefits for members and reputation for the organisation
