Efficient and Modular

The body has a gantry structure and dual side drivesystems. Work proceeds smoothly at all times since thebody is well balanced and very responsive. A rack andpinion backlash free drive is used for both the cross (X-axis) and longitudinal (Y-axis) directions, which achievesaccurate and repeatable motion. Highly accurate,smooth operation is assured thanks to precisionmachined steel rails and a stable longitudinal drivemechanism. Up to five additional carriages can beattached to a steel band which is not susceptible to slagdeposits. The specialized rapid-action coupling allowsfor efficient manual positioning of the tool carriages andmulti-torch cutting.

Smart and Reliable

The rugged and solid portal machine is available invarious sizes from 3.500 to 5.000mm. The base raillength can be extended by 3.000 mm increments so themachine can be customized for standard and oversizedplate dimensions. The machine consists of a solid gantryportal construction which ensures perfect stiffness overthe entire machine width. The precision machined railsare installed below the cutting table height. This allowseasy loading and unloading of the table with forklifttrucks and cranes by minimizing the risk of collisions.The Maxigraph can be equipped with up to six oxy-fuelcutting torches for processing mild steel withthicknesses of up to 200 mm. Each oxy-fuel torch can beequipped with a re-liable, automatic ignition device andan automatic capacitive height control for precisecutting. For oxy-fuel cutting processes without automaticheight control KOIKE's special designed oxy-fuel nozzle(D7) achieves perfect results. Various plasma cuttingsystems for material thicknesses of up to 40mm areavailable for cutting mild steel, stainless steel oraluminum. Numerous options, like arc marking or drillingare also available on the Maxigraph.

The new Burny Phantom is a completely integratesControl System featuring a PC-based numerical control,3 axis drive amplifiers and a comprehensive operatorsconsole. The Phantom provides the latest advances inCNC techology on a proven platform engineered toincrease productivity. The Burny Phantom CNC controlleris the successful combination of a broad functional rangeand facilitated operation via touchpanel. Comprehensivecontrol possibilities ensure reliable reproducible qualityeven in extremely hard industrial use. All processes aredirectly controlled by the system, additional manualsettings have been eliminated. Cutting data may becustomized. The dynamic speed regulation servesoptimum cutting results, in particular on corners andtangential transitions. This results in a constant cuttingquality, reduced setting times and high qualityproduction.

HPR-Series

The HyPerformance Plasma HPR series is a mechanisedmetal cutting solution that delivers HyDefinition cutquality at half the operating costs. It providesHyDefinition's virtually dross-free cut quality but does itwith greater speed and up to two times longerconsumable life. Cut quality is consistent across a fullrange of plate thickness.

Conventional Plasma

Auto Gas Console

The Auto Gas Console is a gas delivery system which iscompletely controlled from the CNC interface. Thesystem supports all processes and allows users to makereal time changes while cutting as well as diagnose andtroubleshoot. All plasma parameters are adjustable andare stored at the CNC.

Pneumatic Drillmarking Unit

Whenever the application demands drilling, here's theanswer. The KOIKE drill-marking unit provides the meansto accurately mark the spots where, once the cuttingprocess has been finished, holes can be drilled.Pneumatically driven, this unit can be used without theneed of any electrical wiring.
