Abstract
The galaxy is analogous to a hurricane in composition, shares the same principle of their movement as a
vortex with velocity accelerates from its edge to its center. The origin of inertia and gravitation is
discovered through the imitated vortex model of a wheel traveling on circular path. The origin of
gravitation is defined with The Valse of Gravitation law and experimental model of the movement of
circular object in a vortex. Base on these discoveries and experimentally imitated vortex models, the
author points out the Galilean relativity is different with true principle of nature as Each inertial frame of
reference has a local character because a particular inertial frame of reference assigns a particular velocity
of rotating atom . This principles can be verified by experimental models, shows that the count of
Cesium atomic clock cannot support Einsteins theory of time dilation, and the different inertial frames of
reference can be distinguished with the measurement of Cesium atomic clock. Many fundamental
physical laws are established and point out the problems of Galilean relativity, Newtonian mechanics,
Einsteins relativities, quantum mechanics, point-like mechanics and the contemporary study of physics.

I. The galactic movement shares the same
mechanism with the movement of the
hurricane:
The universe filled with galaxies is like an ocean
with many hurricanes, and each hurricane acts
like a vortex whose streams velocity increases
from its edge to its eye. Galaxy is also a vortex
where the velocity of the galactic stream
includes galaxys vortex stream and heavenly
bodies vortex stream - accelerates from the
galactic edge to the black hole in the center of
that galaxy.
The hurricane is made of two component
categories: (1) the first category consists of the
precipitate components which are gaseous water
molecule, gaseous water sphere in varied sizes
and liquid water, and (2) the second category
consists of non-precipitate components which
are nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide and argon
gas. The galaxy is also made of the precipitate

component category, called the first category,
consists of fundamental particles make up
matter, and the non-precipitate component
category, called the second category, consists of
small particles functions like the non-precipitate
gas in the hurricane.
The movement of the hurricane (fig. 1) is
sustained by the potential energy between the
tropical low pressure beneath the hurricane
cloud and the high pressure of the area outside
of the cloud and contains water vaporizing under
the high temperature warming by the sun.
Beneath the hurricane cloud, the pressuredecreases when water vapor precipitates and
22.4L of water vapor precipitates into only
18ml, 18g, or 1 mol of liquid water and leave a
vacuum whose volume is 1244 times of the
liquid waters volume. Potential energy is
converted into kinetic energy that accelerates the
hurricane whirling stream from the edge to the
eye of the hurricane.
The galactic movement is maintained by the
synthesis of matter. The synthesis of matteroccurs in the formation and condensation
process of matter, and can be seen clearly in the
process where a star swallowed by a black hole
is analogous to the precipitation of water. It is
because a giant galactic vacuum, which causes
galactic low pressure, is liberated when the
giant volume of a star is compressed into the
black hole at immense rate. This precipitation
maintains the galactic potential energy between
the galactic low pressure in the center of
galaxy and the galactic high pressure of its
exterior. This potential energy is converted into
kinetic energy accelerating the galactic stream of
particles inward. The galactic stream is
composed of two component categories - the
first category is fundamental particles, which
build up matter, galactic dust clouds, star,
heavenly bodies,is like the water element in the
hurricane, and the second category is non-
precipitate small spherical element which is
like the nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, argon
gas in the hurricane.
Due to the acceleration principle of vortex
stream, objects, e.g. leaves, are rolled and
sucked into the center of the hurricane instead of
being centrifuged. Specifically, a leaf receives
two forces on its two opposite edges defined by
its distance from the vortex center. These two
forces are generated by the velocity of the vortex
streams crashing into the edges and the greater
the velocity is, the greater force is applied on
objects edge. As a result, a leaf has the total of
three movements: (1) move along the stream ofvortex, (2) rotate in the opposite direction to the
vortex stream, and (3) thrust toward the center of
the vortex. The combination of these three
forces make the leaf or consider only a point
on the leaf - travels in the shape of projectional
spiral spring from the edge to the center of the
hurricane or vortex. The same principle is
applied to a galaxy (Fig. 2) where the galactic
vortex stream applies forces on the two sides of
the particles and results in their three movementsand their combination is similar to the collective
movement of an object in a vortex. This
movement brings particles close to each other,
engenders the formation of matter, and attracts
them toward the black hole. As star is made of
rotating 1 particles, it has rotating movement and
generates a vortex around it2. This vortex makes
the stars planets and planetary atoms 3 rotate,

atoms and this vortex creates the gravitational
force between planet and the matter on it. This
topic will be discussed in more details in the
paper Effects to Acknowledge the Origin of
Inertia and Gravitation, and the Movement ofthe Universe and to Establish Fundamental
Physical Laws.
II. Inertial effect on the atom
a. Experimental model of an atom in circular
orbit (Fig. 3):
Figure 3 is a model where the wheel is an atom
and the square is the imagined object consists of
atom wheel. A lever is attached to an axis
perpendicular to the ground on one end, the
other end attached with a wheel whose flat
surface is parallel to the ground. Hold the wheel
still, then release it, rotating the lever in one
consistent direction, observe to see the wheel
atom is made to rotate also. This is because of the
effect of rotational team-up in section II(c). For
simple wording, rotating atom is used to refer the
atom as well as rotating sub-atomic particles.

accelerated, the wheel rotates in the opposite
direction to the objects movement because thereis an agent attempts to retain the wheels

surrounding and inside an object is filled with
particles different from fundamental particles,
and these particles belongs to the galactic stream
When an object moves, particles in this galactic
stream interacts with fundamental particles in
this model, they interact with atom wheel, and
change the velocity, direction and sense of this
atom in frame of the object in movement. This is
call inertial effect.
b. Experimental model verifies the origin of
inertia (Fig. 4):

Atom of object - in motion or stand still is in
equilibrium with the other particles of the
galactic stream and the atomic rotation is
unchanged when the atom do not move further
or nearer to the black hole. When object
consisting that atom accelerates, the atom tends
to rotate in the opposite direction in comparison
to its contemporary rotational direction to retain
its equilibrium with the galactic stream.
In conclusion, inertia is generated when the
galactic vortex streams particles interacts with
the atom of the object to preserve the original
situation of atom. This inertial effect can be
observed only when the object travels on a small
arc, but hard to observe when object travels on
Earths surface because of the extremely small
central angle of Earths globe.
III. The effects to recognize the vortex
movement of the galactic space and the origin
of Gravitation:
The galactic space surrounding the heavenly
bodies and the space from the black hole to the
edge of the galaxy is in vortex movement similar
to the
vortex movement of a hurricane where the
velocity of whirling stream accelerates inward.
The gravitation is the results of the impact of
galactic vortex on the atomic vortex 6. The
experimental models in solid and liquid state -

The Valse of Gravitation law
will be introduced in the following paragraph to
examine the validity of this theory.
a. Model of solid votex:
Figure 6 7 is an experimental model
demonstrating The Valse of Gravitation law8.
The model consists of a flat table with many
back-to-back concentric rings of the same
thickness - 5cm or 0.2 inch - placed on it, these
rings are applied forces to simulate the vortex
with the velocity of the bigger rings is smaller
and they all rotate in the same direction. In
addition, keep these velocities slow enough for

an observable model, and apply a thin layer of
glue on the surfaces of all rings to increase the
adherence between the surfaces of rings and
object to be placed on these rings later on. In this
experiment, use a slice of ripe banana as a
testing object to have its pectin which is a
binding agent helps adhering the banana slice
well to the rings but still allow its movement on
rings. The banana slice should be big enough to
cover 2 to 3 rings, and place it on the biggest
ring and make all of the rings rotate as
described, the slice of banana can be observed to
have three movements: (1) orbit in the samedirection of the rotating rings, (2) rotate around
its axis which is perpendicular to the rings
surface and in the opposite direction to the
rotating rings, and (3) thrust into the center of
these concentric rings. Similar to the movement
of a leaf in a hurricane described above, a point
of the collective movement on the slice of
banana has the itinerary of a projectional spring
spiraling from the edge to the center of the
concentric rings. In conclusion, this model
demonstrates
b. Model of liquid vortex:
Besides, another model can be generated inside
a round water tank with a floating round object,
and share the same principle with the above
model. Vortex is generated by a propeller at the
center of a round basin, andFig. 7, 8 and 9 are
the models confirming the independence of
velocity, direction and sense of swiveling
motion of object from the other type of
movements of object. the examined object is a
floating circular one. In figure 7, the object is let
to float freely on the water surface, in figure 8
and 9, stab a stick into the center of the round
floating object, and that stick becomes the
slices axis and is attached to a linear stick. In
model in figure 8, the stick is has its other end
stationary, and the floating round object; but in
figure 9, experimenter can move the stick
carrying the round floating object in any

direction. In all of the 3 models, floating object
swivel in the opposite direction with the vortex
stream and stay in the orbit of the aquatic vortex.
In figure 7 and 8, the floating round object thrust
toward the center of vortex on its circular orbit
and rotates in the opposite direction with the
vortex stream. In figure 9, the floating round
objectremains unchanged while the stick moves.
It means the rotational velocity is independent
with the velocity of the stick s movement or the
translational motion of the system. Thus,
swiveling motion of the object depends on its
position in the vortex system and is independentfrom the translational motion of the object.
If the aquatic vortex is considered as galactic
vortex, the floating object is the atom which
builds up the galactic body- the lever. The
rotating velocity of atom is controlled by the
galactic stream. Thus, in a 3-D frame of
reference, velocity, direction and sense of
rotating atom is independent with the movement
of galactic body, but appear changed to the
galactic body in movement.
For a better visualization, examine only the
velocity of the rotating atom. When the galactic
body changes its velocity, at a certain position in
the galactic vortex, the velocity of rotating atom,
is always unchanged to the vortex system, but
appear changed to the galactic body in
movement. In other words, a particular position
of object in vortex space gives a particular
consistent value of velocity, direction and sense
of atom of that object and this value is unique
for each chemical element characterizes thatatom.
Figure 10 describes the dependence of rotating
movement of atom to the galactic vortex, and the
independence of it from the change in velocity,
direction or sense of the galactic body made
from that atom, though this change lead to the
change in velocity, direction or sense of atom in
galactic bodys frame of reference. An example

When a spaceship carrying a molecule of water changes its
velocity and direction, the ice molecule changes its velocity and
direction but the atoms (hydrogen and oxygen) do not as they are
controlled by the Earths vortex. It means the atom changes
velocity and direction in respect to the spaceship and molecule,
but does not change in respect to the Earth.

IV. The consequences of the vortex principle
controlling the rotating movement of atom:
The models discussed above confirms that a
particular point in space give a distinctive and
consistent value to the velocity, direction and
sense of the rotating movement of the atom of
each chemical element. The velocity, direction
and sense of the rotating movement of the atom
belongs to the galactic vortex stream and is
independent with the objects movement, but
depends on the objects movement which is the
objects body as frame of reference.
a. Problems of Einsteins Theory of Relativity:
The lights velocity is consistent when the object
in translational movement changes its velocity,
direction and sense because light is emitted from
the edge of the atom whose rotating movements
velocity is independent with the movement of
object emitting it. Thus, the light velocity is
unchanged when the light-emitting object is in
motion, and the object receiving light is
stationary. Moreover, according to the principle
that the velocity, direction and sense of the
rotating movement of the atom will change with
the objects body as frame of reference when the
objects body change velocity. So that, lights
velocity is changed when the object emitting and
receiving light are in the same objects body inmovement.
Inside the Cesium Atomic Clock, the time is
counted differently as the resonance frequency
of Cesium 133 changes when the object carries
this clock changes its velocities. Each objects
velocity value has a particular value of atomic
rotating velocity responses to it in the principle
that atoms have its rotating velocity remains
unchanged in respect to the galactic stream, but
appear changed the frame of reference of thatobjects body. Therefore, Cesium Atomic Clock
counts different number of radiated atoms when
it travels in different velocities.9 In other words,
a particular traveling velocity of Cesium Atomic
Clock gives a particular value of time counting

because there is a particular rotating velocity of
Cesium atom responds to objects movement.
In the frame of reference, e.g. mobile object, of
varied velocities, each velocity of rotating atoms
belongs to each object is different from the
others. Thus, if the frames of reference has
different constant velocities or stand still, the
velocities of rotating atoms in it are different. As
it is observed that each frame of reference gives
a distinctive physical laws or it means that
physical laws has local characteristic in respect
with its frame of reference. Different frames of
reference can be distinguished from each other by measuring the velocity of rotating atoms in
that frame of reference.
The difference of each inertial frame of
reference can be distinguished by comparing the
measured velocity of atomic rotation in each
inertial frame. The method is to count the
number of radiation in one second of atomic
Cesium clock. Choose the number of radiation
frequency of atomic Cesium in one second at
equator earth surface is the standard second-9,192,631,770 Hz- then to compare it with other
number of radiation in one second of atomic
Cesium in other inertia frame of reference which
has uniform velocity.
b. Problem of Galilean relativity:
The previously discussed effects and
consequences can prove that Galilean relativity
is wrong when it stated that in all frames of
reference which are moving uniformly relative
to each other, the laws of nature must be the
same in his Dialogue Concerning the Two
Chief World Systems. Newtonian mechanics,
Einsteins general relativity and contemporary
physics are all developed from Galilean
relativity, and did not discover the relationship
between the movement of atoms and object
made from them to explain the rotating
movement of fundamental particles and orbiting
movement of heavenly bodies. Also, Einsteins
general relativity is wrong when establish theconcept of time dilation and length contration.
c. Problem of Newtons mechanics:
Newtons law of Universal Gravitation, cannot
be applied to two heavenly bodies of two
different galaxy. Newton states that every
object in the Universe attracts every other object
with a force directed along the line of the centers
for the two objects, but it is not right. It is
because each heavenly body is controlled by the
vortex stream of each galaxy. Two differentgalaxies are two separated vortexes, and
gravitation comes from the interaction of
heavenly bodies vortex, these bodies cannot
attracts each other if they are belong to two
different vortex system which are two different
galaxies.

Contemporary physics did not recognize the
existences of the heavenly bodies and particles
vortex sustained by the galactic vortex. Galactic,
atomic and particles vortex share the principle
that the velocity of whirling stream accelerates
inward, and reserve the existence of these vortex
themselves. The four fundamental forces are due
to the interaction between atomic vortex and
heavenly bodies vortex, between different
particles vortex influenced by galactic vortex.Therefore, (1) the contemporary models of atom
and particle do not agree with the nature and
cannot explains the mechanism of the strong
nuclear force, (2) quantum mechanics assigned
the wrong function to particles, e.g. sending
signal is not a real function of particle in nature,
(3) many impossible hypothetical elementary
particles are established, e.g. graviton is particle
mediating the force of gravity , (4) without the
acknowledgment of the velocity, direction and
sense of the rotating fundamental particles
proved by experimental model in section II and
III, the velocity of rotating atom is assigned
wrong as spin quantum number mathematically ,
e.g 0,1/2, 1, 3/2, 2,etc. and does not reflect
exactly what is happening in the quantum world.
e. Problem of point-like mechanics:
As discussed previously, Newtonian point-like
mechanics, where an object is viewed as a point,
is based on the wrong Galilean relativity and the
fact that matter is made from atom and sub-
atomic particles was not acknowledged at that
time. Thus, Newtonian mechanics did not
consider the movement of an object is
influenced under the rotating movement of atom
when that object moves on the curved surface

e.g. earths surface, can results in different
forces impacting on the object moving on the
straight geometry line. Figure 13 and 14
examine an object in circular movement and has
its atom with two opposite edges, which are in
the respect with the center of circular movement,
have two different velocities impact on it. An
object moves on a linear line geometrically has
two opposite edges of its atom receive the same
impact from the same velocity while the
difference in the velocities impacting on the
edges of atom of the object in circular
movement generate forces and make it torotate10.
d. Common problems of physics:
Contemporary physics is lack of experimental
model in macroscopic scale in order to explain
physical process and phenomena whose factors
can be analyzed further mathematically but lacks
of experimental data. The great influence of thetheory of relative of Galileo and Einstein and
Bohr model, etc limit the research on physics
and science from alternative road other than the
Einsteins time dilation and length contraction of
the object travels in extremely high velocity or
around the heavenly bodies. For instance, the
fact that Cesium atomic clock counts time
slower in space than on Earth made people that
it is because of the the space and time surround
the clock is bend and expanded in stead of
thinking that atoms rotating velocity is changed
when object is in translational movement or
placed on the place with different height to the
sea level. The contemporary acceptance of these
impossible theories keep people from studying

necessary experiments or develop alternative
scientific explanation.
Effects to Recognize the Origin of Inertia,
Gravitation, Movement of the Universe and
Fundamental Laws of Physics is the full
articles of around 80 pages discusses about the
effects and consequences from experimental
models to establish more than 30 fundamental
physical laws of the vortex system discussed
above. This paper is written with the hope that
these laws can fill in the alphabet of physics to
open a new base for the development of human
civilization.
