CANCELLATIONS AND LATE ARRIVALSArriving late for your appointment time may result in your treatment being cut short, as timings for subsequent clients have to be maintained. YOGAYoga classes are taken by both Giorgia and katy. Giorgia teaches Vinyasa Flow and Katy teaches Hatha. Both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga work to increase flexibility and strength, improve breathing and quiet the mind. Each form of yoga aims to create fitness of the body and mind, though the way to these goals differs.

PARTY FIT Giorgia originally qualified as a Zumba instructor and then went on to develop her own style called ‘Party Fit.’ Fun is at the core of the session and you have lots of it! You don’t need to know how to dance, you don’t need coordination. Just a positive attitude and a good sports bra! Giorgia’s routines are simple, but effective.

We have 2 purpose built studios that are light and airy with walnut flooring. We like to keep our classes quite small and personal. Studio 1 is a maximum of 10 people and Studio 2 is a maximum of 12. Our team of instructors are extremely loyal, kind and professional.
