EF Professional Learning Tours allow you to grow personally and
professionally as you collaborate with educators who share your passion
for opening the world to their students. While on tour, you will explore the
cultural sites with educators from across the U.S., analyzing new trends in
pedagogical approaches and expanding your professional network. Pick
up new techniques you can bring back to your own classroom, school,
and district, and have the option to gain the professional learning credit
you need to advance your career. Then, return home feeling refreshed,
refocused, and ready to share your experience and learnings with your
peers and students.

Service Learningin Peru
Travel with EF on a 10 day professional learning tour to Peru.
While traveling with fellow educators from all over the United
States, you will have the opportunity to participate in service
learning activities. You will visit local schools while also seeing
Peru's major cultural and historical sites.
Service projects provide an opportunity for you to immerse
yourself in a new culture in a unique and meaningful way.
Working side by side with locals, you'll gain insight into the
challenges they face and build lasting solutions to help
empower the community. Join our grassroots partners in a
mission to alleviate poverty, build up infrastructure and
educate the next generation of Peruvians.
Full-time Tour Director, round-trip flights on major carriers;
comfortable motorcoach; internal flights; sightseeing tours; 8
overnight stays in hotels; select meals.

Day 4: Sacred Valley | Aguas Calientes-Travel to the Sacred Valley of the Incas

Days 7-8: Service learning | Sacred Valley-As communities evolve, so do their needs. Overthese two days you'll work closely with areanon-profits and community members to betterunderstand local challenges, while fosteringauthentic interactions with people in the community-After day 2 of the service project, travel to Cuzco
Day 9: Cuzco-Fly to Lima-Enjoy free time in Lima-Depart for your flight home
Day 10: Arrive home
