EIC’s Summer 2018 International Education Expo is fast approaching with our first-run events in Changsha Beijing and Chongqing.
From June 9 to July 21, the Expo will make its way across China to 23 different cities.

Invitation Letter for Chinese Visa Please contact the Chinese embassy or consulate serving your place of residence for relevant information on how to obtain a Chinese visa. Should you require an invitation letter from EIC to attend the Education Expo, please contact the Marketing Supervisor responsible for your institution and provide the following information:
1) A clear copy of your passport’s bio-data page;
2) The name of your institution;
3) Your current job title
Customized Booths and Back Board Displays (Beijing Expos only)
Base on the different situation of our branch offices, the size should be confirmed by the actual demand. If you would like us to customize your booth with your own design, please contact the Marketing Supervisor responsible for your institution for further details and a quotation. A standard booth has the following specifications: Dimensions: (Length x Width x Height) 2 m X 2 m X 2.5 m Material: 606A Aluminum Alloy Panel Furnishing: Two chairs; One desk (1.8 m X 0.5 m X 1 m) Two spotlights; One electric outlet Customized backboards may be printed for the standard booth: Dimensions: (Width x Height) 1.85 m X 2 m Material: KT Board Cost: 350 RMB/board Note: Back board fee includes panel printing, transportation, installation and disassembly, but does NOT include the design fee.

DURING THE EXPO
Table Set-Up For Expo EIC staff will set up a table with your institution’s name displayed either above or in front of the table before each Expo. Any marketing materials mailed to EIC offices in advance will be placed on your table. If you are transporting marketing materials yourself, you can either drop off items at the relevant EIC office before the Expo, or bring the materials to the venue by yourself. Please be advised that most venues do not have walls to put up posters. Free standing banners are encouraged so long as they do not block the tables of other participants.
Staffing, Student Registration, and On-Site Assistance EIC counselors and interpreters will be assigned to assist your institution during the Expo. They will assist you to counsel participants, keep track of student enquiries, and arrange interviews, placement tests, and other activities where required. Our staff will receive training from lead counselors before the Expo so that they have a better understanding of the programs you provide, and be in a better position to support your marketing and recruitment efforts. EIC will promote direct communication between your institution and potential students. Please be aware that only EIC staff will be permitted to support your institution during the Expo. Third party agents and recruiters are not permitted to attend the event.
Protect Your Valuables Please do NOT leave laptops, mobile phones, or any other valuable items unattended at your booths. Make sure that your passport, money, air tickets, and personal electronics, etc. are safely stored and secured. If you need help, please ask our staff for assistance.
Accommodations For your convenience, we recommend that you book your accommodations at the hotel hosting the Education Expo. Expo venues are 4 or 5 star hotels that have all the amenities necessary for a comfortable and successful visit. On-Site Printing
Some representatives are authorized to issue Letters of Offer or related documents to students at the Expo on site in order to improve conversion. If you require access to a printer for such purposes, please confirm the arrangement with the Marketing Supervisor responsible for your region 2 weeks in advance.
One-on-One Interviews / Entry Tests One-on-one interviews and/or entry tests can be arranged for your institution during the Expo season. These events take place before or after the expo or in EIC offices on the weekdays in between expo dates. If you are interested, please contact the Marketing Supervisor responsible for your region and specify the dates you would like to conduct interviews or entry tests as soon as possible. Please note that there are time and space limitations, and that not all requests can be fulfilled.

Domestic Travel by Train
For domestic travel between certain cities where EIC Expos are held, transportation by high-speed train is recommended as it is more convenient and economical than air travel. Approximate travel times for high-speed trains between certain cities are listed to the right for your reference: Train routes and schedules can be sent on request.
