The IDMS® solution provides the ability to generate worldview files that contain URLs directed to the GIS data servers any textures you want to include The user has the ability to create these files in IDMS®.


The IDMS® solution includes a 3D Model Maps setup control that allows the user to create ‘worldview’ files (and an associated IDMS®™ map device object).

• The IDMS® solution provides support to display specific files for the specific area they want, or the whole worldview, or different ‘worldview’ files for different regions.

• The IDMS® Client application displays a 3-D model of a building/compound, which can be easily maneuvered for various views, to include exterior views and interior layouts
