1 Einsatzmglichkeiten
Das Grenzflchenmikrofon ECM-306B /. . ist einrobustes
Elektret-Mikrofon mit Superhalbnieren-charakteristik. Es lsst sich
besonders gut alsTischmikrofon einsetzen und eignet sich optimalfr
Sprachaufnahmen, z. B. bei Konferenzen, In-terviews,
Theatervorfhrungen, Ansprachen etc.
Das Mikrofon wird ber das angeschlosseneAudiogert gespeist, d.h.
der Mikrofoneingangam Audiogert muss ber eine Phantom speisung(9
48V ) verfgen oder es muss ein Phantom-speisegert
zwischengeschaltet werden.
2 Wichtige Hinweise fr den GebrauchDas Mikrofon entspricht allen
erforderlichenRichtlinien der EU und ist deshalb
mitgekennzeichnet.
Setzen Sie das Mikrofon nur im Innen bereichein. Schtzen Sie es
vor Feuchtigkeit und Hitze(zulssiger Einsatztemperaturbereich
040C).
Verwenden Sie fr die Reinigung nur ein tro-ckenes, weiches Tuch,
niemals Chemikalienoder Wasser.

Wird das Mikrofon zweckentfremdet, falschbedient oder nicht
fachgerecht repariert, kannkeine Haftung fr daraus resultierende
Sach-
oder Personenschden und keine Garantiefr das Mikrofon bernommen
werden.
3 Inbetriebnahme
1) Das Mikrofon flach auf den Tisch legen. Eskann aber auch ber
die Montagelcher (5)an einer Wand aufgehngt werden.
2) Den Mini-XLR-Stecker des beiliegenden An-schlusskabels in die
Buchse (1) des Mikrofonsstecken und den XLR-Stecker in einen
sym-
metrischen XLR-Mikrofoneingang am Audio-gert (z. B. Mischpult,
Verstrker). Der Mikro-foneingang muss mit einer Phantomspeisungvon
9 48V ausgestattet sein, anderenfallsmuss ein Phantomspeisegert
zwischenge-schaltet werden (z. B. EMA-3, EMA-200 oderEMA-400 von
img Stage Line).
3) Das Mikrofon mit der Taste (2) einschalten.Die blaue
Betriebsanzeige POWER (3) leuch-tet.
Soll das Mikrofon endgltig aus demBetrieb genommen werden,
bergebenSie es zur umweltgerechten Entsor-gung einem rtlichen
Recyclingbetrieb.
4) Mit dem linken DIP-Schalter (4) lsst sich derAusgangspegel um
10 dB abschwchen (Po-sition -10), wenn der Mikrofoneingang ber-
steuert wird.5) Mit dem rechten DIP-Schalter knnen tiefe
Tne unterdrckt werden (Position ), umz. B. die
Sprachverstndlichkeit zu verbessernund um Rumpelgerusche zu
verringern.
6) Nach dem Betrieb das Mikrofon mit demSchalter
ausschalten.

Boundary Microphone
Please read these operating instructions care-fully prior to
operating the microphone and keepthem for later reference.
1 Applications
The boundary microphone ECM-306B /. . is a ro-bust electret
microphone with super semi-car-dioid characteristic. It is
particularly useful as adesk microphone and ideally suited for
pickingup speech, e. g. at conferences, interviews, the-atre
performances, lectures, etc.
The microphone is supplied with power via theconnected audio
unit, i.e. the microphone inputon the audio unit must be provided
with a phan-tom power (9 48V ) or a phantom power sup-ply unit must
be inserted.
2 Important Notes
The microphone corresponds to all requireddirectives of the EU
and is therefore markedwith .
The microphone is only suitable for indoor use.Protect it
against humidity and heat (admissi-ble ambient temperature range 0
40 C).
For cleaning only use a dry, soft cloth, neveruse chemicals or
water.
No guarantee claims for the microphone andno liability for any
resulting personal damageor material damage will be accepted if the
mi-
crophone is used for other purposes than orig-inally intended,
if it is not correctly operated ornot repaired in an expert
way.
3 Operation
1) Lay the microphone flat on the desk. How-ever, it may also be
suspended on a wall viathe mounting holes (5).
2) Connect the mini XLR plug of the supplied
cable to the jack (1) of the microphone andthe XLR plug to a
balanced XLR microphoneinput on the audio unit (e. g. mixer,
amplifier).The microphone input must be provided witha phantom
power of 9 48 V , otherwise aphantom power supply unit must be
inserted(e. g. EMA-3, EMA-200 or EMA-400 fromimg Stage Line).
3) Switch on the microphone with the button (2).The blue POWER
LED (3) lights up.
If the microphone is to be put out of op-eration definitively,
take it to a local re-cycling plant for a disposal which is
notharmful to the environment.
4) With the left DIP switch (4) the output levelcan be
attenuated by 10 dB (position -10)when the microphone input is
overdriven.
5) Low frequencies may be suppressed with theright DIP switch
(position ), e.g. to improvethe speech intelligibility and to
reduce rumblenoise.
6) After operation switch off the microphone withthe switch
.

Veuillez lire la prsente notice avec attentionavant le
fonctionnement et conservez-la pourpouvoir vous y reporter
ultrieurement.
1 Possibilits dutilisation
Le microphone de runion, ECM-306B /.. est unmicrophone lectret
solide, super semi-car-diode. Il peut tre utilis trs bien comme
mi-crophone de table et est idal pour des enregis-trements de
discours, par exemple lors de conf-rences, interviews,
reprsentations thtrales,allocutions etc.
Il est aliment via lappareil audio reli, cest--dire que lentre
micro sur lappareil audio doit dis-poser dune alimentation fantme
(948V ) ou ilfaut relier entre eux une alimentation fantme.
2 Conseils importants dutilisation
Le microphone rpond toutes les directives n-cessaires de lUnion
europenne et porte doncle symbole .
Le microphone nest conu que pour une uti-lisation en intrieur.
Protgez-le de lhumiditet de la chaleur (plage de temprature
defonctionnement autorise : 0 40 C).
Pour le nettoyage, utilisez uniquement un chif-fon sec et doux,
en aucun cas de produits chi-miques ou deau.

Nous dclinons toute responsabilit en cas dedommages matriels ou

autre
que celui pour lequel il a t conu, sil nestpas correctement
utilis ou sil nest pas r-par par une personne habilite ; en outre,
lagarantie deviendrait caduque.
3 Utilisation
1) Placez le microphone plat sur la table. Ilpeut galement tre
suspendu sur un mur viales trous de montage (5).
2) Reliez la fiche mini XLR mle du cordon deliaison livr la
prise (1) du microphone et la
fiche XLR mle une entre micro XLR sy-mtrique sur lappareil audio
(par exempletable de mixage, amplificateur). Lentremicro doit tre
dote dune alimentation fan-tme de 9 48 V , sinon, il faut
brancherentre les deux appareils une alimentation fan-tme (par
exemple EMA-3, EMA-200 ouEMA-400 de img Stage Line).
3) Allumez le microphone avec la touche (2).Le tmoin bleu de
fonctionnement POWER(3) brille.
Lorsque le microphone est dfinitivementretir du service, vous
devez le dposerdans une usine de recyclage adapte pourcontribuer
son limination non polluante.
4) Avec linterrupteur DIP gauche (4), vous pou-vez diminuer le
niveau de sortie de 10dB (po-sition -10) lorsque lentre micro est
en sur-
charge.5) Avec linterrupteur DIP droit (position ), vous
pouvez liminer les sons graves, par exemplepour amliorer la
comprhension des paroleset diminuer les bruits de grondements.
6) Aprs le fonctionnement, teignez le micro-phone avec l
interrupteur .

Vi preghiamo di leggere attentamente le presentiistruzioni prima
della messa in funzione e di con-
servarle per un uso futuro.
1 Possibilit dimpiego
Il microfono ambientale ECM-306B /. . un micro-fono robusto a
elettrete con caratteristica super se-micardiaoide. adatto in modo
particolare comemicrofono da tavolo ed ottimale per la ripresa
dilingua parlata, p. es. in occasione di conferenze,interviste,
rappresentazioni teatrali, discorsi ecc.
Il microfono alimentato tramite lapparecchioaudio collegato; ci
significa che lingresso mi-crofono sullapparecchio audio deve
disporre diunalimentazione phantom (9 48V ). Altrimentioccorre
inserire un alimentatore phantom.
2 Avvertenze importanti per luso
Il microfono conforme a tutte le direttive richie-ste dellUE e
pertanto porta la sigla . Usare il microfono solo allinterno di
locali.
Proteggerlo da umidit e calore (temperaturadimpiego ammessa fra
0 e 40 C).
Per la pulizia usare solo un panno morbido,asciutto; non
impiegare in nessun caso pro-dotti chimici o acqua.
Nel caso duso improprio, dimpiego scorrettoo di riparazione non
a regola darte del micro-
fono, non si assume nessuna responsabilitper eventuali danni
consequenziali a personeo a cose e non si assume nessuna
garanzia
per il microfono.
3 Messa in funzione
1) Posare il microfono sul tavolo. Tuttavia, possibile
appenderlo anche alla parete permezzo dei fori di montaggio
(5).
2) Inserire il connettore mini-XLR del cavo di col-legamento in
dotazione nella presa (1) del mi-crofono e inserire il connettore
XLR in un in-gresso XLR bilanciato dellapparecchio audio(p. es.
mixer, amplificatore). Lingresso mi-
crofono deve disporre di unalimentazionephantom di 9 48 V ;
altrimenti occorre inse-rire un alimentatore phantom (p.es.
EMA-3,EMA-200 o EMA-400 di img Stage Line).
3) Accendere il microfono con il tasto (2).Si accende la spia
blu di funzionamentoPOWER (3).
4) Con il dip-switch di sinistra (4) possibile at-tenuare il
livello duscita di 10dB (posizione-10), se lingresso microfono
sovrapilotato.
Se si desidera eliminare il microfonodefinitivamente,
consegnarlo per losmaltimento ad unistituzione locale peril
riciclaggio.
5) Con il dip-switch di destra si possono soppri-mere le
frequenze basse (posizione ), p. es.per migliorare la comprensione
della lingua
parlata e per ridurre i rumori di calpestio.6) Dopo luso
spegnere il microfono con linter-
ruttore .
