Conference Room Pilot / Proof of Concept to Production

The implementation team reduces the time required - from proof of concept to productioninstance creation by using a series of Conference Room Pilots (CRPs). The first CRP establishes

proof of concept based on a pre-configured instance and questionnaire, followed by a workshop to

examine the findings and finalize the future solution. The Oracle Business Accelerators tool

simplifies the effort used to create the instances as the project progresses to the final production

instance, allowing Oracle and your team to focus on adoption of the new system.

Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Accelerators provide a rapid deployment of an application

environment based on Oracle Business Flows, enabling early hands-on access to a working

system for familiarization and mapping to your business. The service has 4-phases:
