Installation DescriptionThe filling machine has to fill the
bottleswith cooling liquids out of a tank above thesensors. The
tank is under a little pressure.When the tank is nearly empty the
levelswitch gives an alarm and the tank has tobe refilled.The
bottles are 0,5 or 1 litre andhave to be filled quit accurate.
Working FeaturesThe ULF sensor measures the passedcooling liquid
to be filled and the batchcontroller is switching the filling
nozzles.
Pipe Material and Dimensions12/10 mm silicon tubing because it
is veryflexible. this provides the flexibility to themoving
nozzles
