Connect with your breath;

breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, as you listen to the stillness of your breath, feeling your heart rate slow-ing down as you are connecting with your loving spirit ;

feel the peace, the white golden light pouring through your entire body drenching every level of your being with everlasting wellness and wellbeing
