Steps of the Implementaon Process are as Follows:1. Data warehouse/web server setup and configuraon

2. Establish connecvity between client servers and Origin Healthcare (L2L preferred)

3. Install Origin Analycs soware on data warehouse and web servers

4.4. Install Origin Analycs Group Management data warehouse on the database server

5. Set up the automated loads using the GADOWN extracts

6. Data validaon

7. 3-day on-site training session

The typical implementaon process is minimal at 60-120 days, depending on the amount of customizaon desired and how quickly Origin can start working with your data to configure the Analycs ware-house.

Once the hardware is configured, Origin will install its Analycs soware and the Group Management data warehouse onto servers. Origin uliulizes the exisng GADOWN extractor to load the data into the Origin Analycs Group Management data warehouse. We work with both the full and incremental versions and combine all Analyzer databases into a single database for cross-pracce analysis. The GADOWN extractor is the same applicaon currently used by GE Healthcare for its Analyzer implementaons, to pull data from Group Management.

Origin and GE HealthOrigin and GE Healthcare are working together to ensure that the exist-ing starter content provided to new clients is comprehensive.

This includes pre-built searches, worksheets, pivot grids and web-based dashboards that can be used from “day-one” to begin tran-sioning your exisng reporng environment.

Some of the standard Origin Analycs for Group Management content offerings include: Execuve Billing Summary, CPT Code Analysis and Charges, Payments and Adjustments Comparison, to name a few.

Origin Analycs also extracts most data points in Analyzer to include: PPracce, Account, Paent, Paent Insurance, Transacons, and many others.

Origin provides a 3-day on-site training period to help finalize the transion and make it your own. You’ll learn how to work with the pre-built content, how to edit and create your own content and how to understand the difference between your exisng Analyzer reports versus all you can do with Origin Analycs.

Origin will also provide a special web-based training session specifically geared towards the new Analyzer to Analycs client base. Contact your Origin Account Manager for details on how to sign up for this session.
