Late submissions will be automatically rejected.

During the first semester of 2016, the national iGCDP goal is going to be 200 X, according to your LC reality, please tell us:a) How many exchanges your entity can provide to the national goal?b) Which RE period would you choose and what is the goal for each?c) Which national projects would you execute and why?d) Which country partners would you match with?e) According to the RE periods selected and the proposed goals for each one, when would you start sales and what are the matching dates? � 2. Matching process is not working as fast as you were expecting, mention 3 actions you will run to ensure all the planed matches will be achieved according to the timeline you planed. 3. The quality of the iGCDP Projects is not good enough to guarantee added value to our stakeholders and international network, what would you do to guarantee and improve better quality in order to make our projects more appealing?4. 1. Make a SWOT of the current state of the area in your entity. With that analysis in mind please state 5 priorities to implement during the term in 2016.

2. Analyze of the status of every exchange program within your entity and state its main bott-lenecks, what changes Do you need to implement and financial strategies to enhance entity performance.

3. Design three clear strategies to ensure financial sustainability (incomes).

4. Please create a time-line (each month) showing your entity’s:

- Administrative model (e.g. TMP/TLP recruitment, OGCDP RA, NatCo, etc.)- Legal necessities.- Financial obligations regarding the national compendium.

1.- Make a SWOT matrix analysis of the area of MKT & COMM in your LC and explain how would you improve the weaknesses, make the Strenghts even better, how would you take ad-vantage of the oportunities and avoid the threats.

2.- Mention 3 actions for TM, ICX and OGX, that you need to do so the synergy with each area develops properly.

3.- Explain in what part of the OGX flow is more necessary the action of MKT & COMM and which tools would you use to have a better performance. What do you think should be the perfect rate of conversion in your LC (for OGX) and why.

4.- Explain why is it important to follow the aligments of the brand for internal communica-tion and external communication.

5.- What would it be the structure of MKT & COMM and how would you guarantee the siner-gies with the other areas as much as the development of each one of your members.
