EASYHMIS – DELIVERY MODEL
EasyHMIS is available in flexible models – either on a recurring monthly fee or in a completely owned model ( licensebased) depending on your requirements and comfort. We ensures in either scenario an ongoing support modeldepending on the model chosen.
EASYHMIS – DELIVERY MODEL
EasyHMIS is available in License Model – software is installed in yourpremises and an upfront license cost is payable. In addition to the licensecost a fixed annual maintenance cost (AMC) would be incurred which isnormally a percentage of the license fee.
EasyHMIS is alternatively also available in a Software as a Service (SaaS)model where the software is installed in a shared / dedicated model andsupport is provided on an ongoing basis. There is an initial setup cost(which is charged depending on data migration efforts and minimalcustomization required)and an ongoing recurring monthly fee payableover a period of time.
The Software as a Service (SaaS) model will facilitate small and mediumsized hospitals to leverage the software without incurring a sizeableupfront payment. In addition it also enables them to use the softwarewithout the overheads of maintenance of the software.
In the SaaS model generally minimal customizations would be undertakenas part of the setup / installation process. In the license model medium tolarge scale customizations can be undertaken at additional cost.
