• During a team meeting, a debate about ‘should men always have to plan for a date?’ occurred.

• ‘What am I going to eat for lunch/dinner’ is a big question everybody asks daily.

• ‘Where’ is a big question, but also ‘what then?’/sequence of activities are important.

Defining the Problem

• Yes, currently there are many information’s about restaurants, places to play and etc.

• No, currently there is no service that integrates these databases into sequences.

• There are many people who feel pressure for making date courses, or even have hard time deciding what to do for their spare time.

• We, deliver easy time-design for our customers.

• Segmentation:- Over 4 million smartphones users in Korea, including 1.6 million Iphone users.

• The main categories of users are the following-Users between 18 and 24 years old : 18%-Users between 25 and 34 years old: 29%-Users between 35 and 44 years old: 20%-Users between 45 and 54 years old: 13%

• Targeting:Users between 18 and 34 years old are using smartphones the most and especially the social networks and sharing applications. They are the most likely to use our, to spread it around their entourage and to participate to the developement of the database.

• This segment can be considered as the early adopters segment which « leads » the others to follow them.

• Positioning:-Price: the application will be for free in order to attract as most users as possible-Distribution: the application will be available on both Android Market and the Appstore of Apple-Promotion: Advertisement and promotion are likely to be done on the internet and especially the social networks already existing

• Benchmarking: Google AdsGoogle only fees their ads when user clicks the

ad. Every user has a pin number and ‘places’ have a

QR Code.When Customers picture the QR code, the data

is sent to the servers, giving the customers incentives such as coupons instantly. This also is counted and later on included in the fee the ‘places’ have to pay to Easylife.
