The Journey … The company made its debut in apparel manufacturing over 35 years ago, serving to the most demanding retailers and brands. Our business priority is to deliver the vision that can perfectly adjust to different trends and markets, ready to understand consumers’ needs in any part of the world, perceiving diversity as the most valuable resource. Over the years, we have grown considerably, focusing on design n’ development , supply chain management, establishing manufacturing centers with 4,500 people of apparel intentions.

Target Market … Our target is to capture apparel zones comprehensively, we have so far covered groups include, Men’s, Ladies’,
children’s and big sizes for tops and bottoms, focusing on taste, parameters, size specs, aesthetics and wash
appearances. We are doing extensive working with H&M, Mango, Bershka, Cortefiel, Mister*Lady, Next, Road
Runner, Dickies, Zara etc

Concept Development
Sample development is the key aspect of our business module, our experienced patternmakers and technicians
carefully inspect and adjust the specifications before we make a single cut or sew a single stitch. Our highly
trained sewing professionals determine any potential issue which may arise prior to the pattern - This
actually saves a lot of time for us. We do have the capacity of executing more than 50 samples/day with the
expertise of stitching out:
- Jackets
- Shirts
- Blouses
- Hoodies
- Super Stretch Denims
- Rigids etc..
Adding Value. Adding Life…Garment Wet Process It’s time to color-up the gray scaled version of apparel, our team of denim wash gurus adds up value with extensive and updated wash processes. We do have collaboration with laundries in Turkey and Italy, which supports our R&D in terms of latest upcomings at the pitch. The bulk laundry facilitates us with the capacity of 14,000 units / day, having infra-structure which includes resin, coating, baking, pigment dyeing, garment dyeing, water saving bleach processes, fading methods, randomized washes and plenty of other techniques.

We do have a wide variety of suppliers to work on
accessories / trims (nominated/non-nominated), at
the same time we are well focused on developing
our own name as a renowned image by working on
customized tags, patches, metal accessories, etc.
It helps us conveying the products’ character in a
unique manner… far more different than our
competitors.
Paneling Up…
Rejoining the cut materials is as important as creation. With the help of Pegasus, Juki and Hashima mechanisms, production of 300,000 units per month is generated at switch track system to increase throughput and reduce startup cycles. We believe in ‘poka yoke’ concept which enables us to ensure quality at different levels throughout the stitching processes.
Quality Management Systems The company has the parallel management structures for both production and quality management. Our integrated Statistical Process Control (SPC) strongly assures the supply of quality merchandise to be ex-factoried. The teams of inline and offline auditors along with final QC team allow only good parts to be moved out from their respective department. An individual tracking number is affixed inside all the garments to back track the fault till the responsible. Our built-in quality conscious approach has enabled to achieve defect rate of under 2% by the customer’s quality audit team. The team is certified by VF and provided authorized as well to ship goods on their behalf.

CR In order to facilitate our customers in a better way and make them feel one stop solution for everything we are focused on key elements to CRM. - Marketing / Sales: involves campaigns to generate leads, pushing efforts to qualify and mature
into potential inquiry. We acquire a team of experienced n’ energetic staff who assures the steps to be freeze at Eastern’s doors.
- Order Support Management: we have setup of experienced operations’ team supported by a versatile designed SAP system, which enables us to cover all ends of each inquiry and make the concern department alarmed to propone their planning, at the same time, we keep track of the capacities to avoid over bookings.

Eco Friendly Element Eastern has a deep focus on the environmental constrains and preventing the natural resources. Having the fully functional Effluent Treatment and the Reverse Osmosis Distillation plant to make the processed water all cleared up to be flown out in to main streams. We have further scored a good numbers in CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) which reflects the effective carbon emissions/reductions strategy in the integral processes.
Environmental Impact Measuring Software
For several years the industry is working on sustainable methods to provide the green finishing in
the denim and casual market, with the aim we have collaborated with Jeanologia to gauge the
impact of our chemical processes over environment. This helps us to
optimize our finishing processes efficiently , partnering for the
good of the environment.
