The OurPasadena program was launched in 2018 with the objective of updating all of Pasadena’s Specific Plans in order to implement the General Plan. A specific plan is a regulatory document that includes development standards (e.g. building heights and setbacks) that future projects must comply with.
As part of the Round 3 Virtual Open House series, the City of Pasadena Planning & Community Development Department will hold a webinar on the East Colorado Specific Plan (ECSP). Community members are encouraged to attend a dialogue with the program team regarding draft development standards, questions, and comments about the ECSP area. A brief presentation will take place at the beginning.
Individuals unable to attend the scheduled webinar may visit ourpasadena.org/virtualopenhouse, explore a series of stations and interactive maps on the ECSP and submit comments online by completing a survey. If you have questions you may contact us via phone or email listed below.
