Willingness to expand activities and experiment new concepts (nothing has to stay the

same for more than 6 months)

Curiosity (they invest money in “picking ideas”)

Only recently: busines model based approach

Intuition of entrepreneus (and good calculations on earnings deriving from retail

investment)

Great visibility on “smart city” concepts and city planning vision of ARGE

Intensive cooperation between social enterprises, “green economy industry”, local

artisans/craftsmen

Committment of public administration in accelerating investment and construction
