DISCUSSION ISSUES

Case study parameters should be adhered to while mapping the processes and for computation of construction permit cost.

Cost of Construction of Warehouse considered in Case study is unrealistic in comparison with GDP of Mumbai. The cost of construction is fixed by Govt. of Maharashtra annually and current cost of construction is INR 25000/- per square meter.
