Subject: Request for early student visa renewal

To whom it may concern,

My name is Evan Oktavian Suanto, passport number A5000965. I am currently holding Malaysian Student Visa PC9766764, reference number BVP/STU/14012/100119235/1, expiring 12 October 2015. I am also currently a student of Monash University Malaysia.

Due to my exchange to University of Essex in the United Kingdom this coming September, I am requesting early renewal for my Malaysian Student Visa. My passport needs to be available by 25 August 2015 in order for me to be able to make my travel to the United Kingdom by September, also as I won’t be in Malaysia by the time I need to renew my current Student Visa.

The exchange program that I will be attending will take place from September 2015 to December 2015. After the program ends, I will need to come back to Malaysia to continue one last semester in Monash University Malaysia. Based on this, I will need to renew my current Student Visa in order to be able to finish my studies next year in Malaysia.
