EAGLE SHARK A/S was established with the ambition of combining the best of several worlds, Denmark’s Police and Special Operation Forces; The Frogman Corps in the Royal Da-nish Navy and the Commando Unit in the army. Travel safety manager (TSM)The TSM is an experienced security professional who will be embedded within the organization as an advisor to support and assist their travel security activities. The TSM will provide a hands-on approach to develop and manage all aspects of your travel security needs or support with an already existing travel security program.

Network creationEAGLE SHARK supports organisations in the building and maintaining of professional networks with high level resources in diplomacy in both medium and high-risk countries. Protective servicesWe live in an ever changing world where kidnapping and other serious threats directed towards the individual traveller, expatriate or business and combined with the general global security level increases the need for close protection services. One of our greatest trademarks is the discretion we afford our clients. It is specific to our company that we deal with large amounts of very sensitive information.

Eagle Shark has developed an encrypted communication platform between the client and ourselves. It is also put at the disposal of higher management in our client companies ensuring that leadership can communicate confidentially online at a strategic level, without risks of corporate espionage or other intrusions.

Our platform supports all types of systems and we guarantee a complete integrated software setup that is operational on all necessary devices within 24 hours of the starting date.

The type of encryption used is Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) 256 bit end to end. This is presently the strongest type of encryption on the market; the product is acknowledged and certified by NATO, which means that NATO certifies the quali-ty of security as well as the elimination of back doors.

All companies that share sensitive personal data or company secrets across its organisation or externally can use AES 256 bit end-to-end encryption.

Since 2010 EAGLE SHARK A/S has delivered this service with great success ensuring the security of various Danish compa-nies, among these, one of the most threatened companies in Europe.

Our team is composed of highly trained security consultants with many years of experience from national and international operations in either the police, intelligence services, military or SOF. Our personnel are characterised by their absolute integrety, discretion and their understanding of how to inte-grate security in the modern business, without disrupting the companies working environment.

Our mission is to act as the company’s discrete yet highly vigilant eyes and ears, in order for the employees to be able to concentrate on their tasks in a safe and secure environment without disruption or distraction.

A typical custom solution will happen in 4 phases:

Phase 1: We conduct a safety assessment of the company or person we are employed to help.

Phase 2: The building or buildings are inspected, and a security risk assessment of the physical environment is carried out.

Phase 3: A complete security report of phase 1 and 2 is compiled and reviewed with the client.

Phase 4: The practical phase where protection of the person or company is put in place. This is done with low key/ covert personnel providing counter-

surveillance and working in close cooperation with local law enforcement.

NB. Phase 4 can be initiated in parallel with the first three phases.

Background information: before any potential attack the would-be attacker will need to show himself however discrete-ly. This is a phase where the terrorist collects information. It will often happen on open medias but also at the physical location itself. This is also the stage of the potential attacker’s actions where we, together with law enforcement have the best possibility of preventing an actual attack from taking place.

EAGLE SHARK A/S offers consultancy services such as inve-stigation and covert surveillance especially tailored against scams and insurance fraud. Every year companies can save millions by fraud cases being detected, documented and legally prosecuted. Each enquiry from private persons as well as companies is professionally treated and with the utmost confidentiality. Our team has lengthy experience in surveillan-ce and investigation. We have successfully participated in both civilian- and military/police operations in Denmark as well as abroad. These took place under extremely difficult conditions.

We apply the same methods as those of the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET) and the Danish Special Forces,
