    PROJECT REPORT

    SCADDING S, RATHBUN TWSP.

    Nov 17, 1992

The main objective of this project was to trace the contact between the Nippising Diorite and the Gowganda (Wacke).

In Aug. of 1989, we excavated (uncovered) over 16000 sq. feet of base rock. But was unable to complete by washing because the optionee, Sangreal Mines run out of finances.

The washing process was completed this past summer between June S. Sept. Thirty-five samples were selected from Quartz veins and contact area in the trenches washed and described as follows:

    WASHING OF TRENCHES

The Scadding Township claims of the Eagle Nest Property are mainly underlain by both the Gowganda Formation and the Nipissing Diabase. Two west to northwest trending, ultramafic, magnetic dykes cross the property. Limestone of the Espanola Formation is represented by a large isolated block (Trench F).

Commonly, all of the above rock types, except for the ultramafic rocks, are brecciated and contain areas of sodium enrichment (albitization).

Quartzite is present within claim 808338 (see EN - 32).

Locally there are occurrences of quartz and carbonate veins, malachite, chalcopyrite, pyrite, fuschite and ankerite.

    TRENCHES A S. B

The trenches contain breccia blocks composed of bedded limestone (Espanola Formation), greywacke containing randomly placed pebbles (Gowganda Formation) and (Nipissing Diabase). A magnetic, ultra mafic rock cuts the breccia. The ultramafic intrusive is charac terized by the development of a spherical weathering pattern. There are minor occurrences of quartz, pyrite, chalcopyrite, mala chite and fushite.EN - 18 contains 580 ppb gold and 0.67 96 copper.EN - 20 collected from the ultramafic dike contains 3.63 96 titanium and 18 'X, F E oxide.

The trenches are located within Shaw Point and typically contain quartz lenses and stringers in breccia. Visible gold has been collected from quartz samples in the past. KN - A contains greater than 10,000 ppb gold.

Conclusion: This property has to be drilled!

EAGLE NEST PROJECT - SCADDING S. RATHBUN TWPS

This project started on July 8/92 continuing to Sept 1/92.

The main objective was to wash off with a Honda power pump over 16000 so feet of overburden that had been left behind when we had a Drot 50 backhoe excavate overburden in

Also to map all trenches as to geology of rock and sample every thing for Gold and Base metal.

We also created four new trenches cutting brush and hosing off overburden in areas where there was no previous backhoe work done.

Thirty five samples were selected with myself selecting 30 and Ken Germundson selecting five.

There was fourteen different locations that the pump had to be moved to, to be ab! e to supply water for the hosing process.

And brush to be cut on four different locations plus at all backhoe location rocks bigger than six inches had to be hand moved and shoveling in the tighter corners.

I had an average of three workers working on site for July B, Aug.

The Eagle's Nest Property is underlain by sedimentary rocks

of the Huronian Supergroup. The distribution of the supergroup

is over an area some 270 miles long (east-west) and up to 80 miles wide. As much as 40,000 feet of sediments were deposited

within the associated basin. Thinner sequences overly the Archean Basement where onlap took place.

The majority of the rock types within the Huronian Supergroup are clastic in composition. About mid-way through the

depositional cycle a period of lower energy prevailed, and this

is represented by the Espanola Limestone. The sedimentary rocks

within the property include the Espanola Limestone and younger

    (Gowganda Formation) sequences.

All parts of the sedimentary pile are cut by gabbros which are termed the Nipissing Intrusives. A final and late stage emplacement of olivine diabase dykes took place along linear lines of weakness caused by tensional forces. Nipissing

Intrusives are generally weakly to nonmagnetic compared to the strongly magnetic diabase dykes. Both types of intrusions

underly parts of the Eagle's Nest Property.Information pertaining to the structural setting of the

property is meager at this time. Because of structural activity a breccia zone has developed at least in the Shaw Point area.

The brecciation is associated with the contact between Nipissing Intrusives, a wedge of Espanola Limestone and the Gowganda Formation. The emplacement of diabase dykes is also structurally

    control led.
