LITANY Leader: We come together on this path as

those who know the pain of loss. For many, hearts are still fragile and questions still linger; tears are frequent and grief is a familiar companion.

All: May this be a path of healing. Leader: We come together to commemorate

our loved ones, to reflect on the lives they lived and on the love they shared with us, recalling the impact and contributions they have made.

All: May this be a path of remembrance. Leader: We come together in quiet

celebration with family and friends, to laugh and smile, and to acknowledge that life will go on.

All: May this be a path of joy. Leader: We come together to dedicate

each brick so carefully laid—each one set side by side to create a beautiful path among the blossoms of summer, to serve as a permanent symbol of the many who have died.

All: May this be a path of honor. Leader: For all who come to walk the path,

may they find solace as they read each name, may they be refreshed by the beauty of nature and may they find hope and strength for the rest of the journey.
