Abstract

A project seeking for implementing a system to permit the

electronic voting (Known as E-voting) for election for

Governmental Universities Presidency .

Introduction

An electronic voting system is a voting system in which election

data is recorded, stored and processed as digital information.

What are the types of e-Voting can be identified ?

Physical E-voting

Online E-voting

Aims and Objectives

Saving time.

Handles large scale voting requests using queuing methods

(Reducing of overcrowded ).

Facilitating the voting process to be suitable for all people safely.

Maintain a high level of security to avoid voter fraud.

That will help all voters cast their vote easily.

That allows for quick reports/updates pre and post elections utilizing

database.

Problem Definition

Wasting time because of crowd.

High Chance of fraud.

High financial cost.

Provide the number of security personnel Who's Electoral Commission.

The result of election take more time to be appeared.

Solution Approach

Design and Implement a project that solve the problem of E-

voting using new Technologies such as database, on line services

and finger print Scanner and photo detector using new computer

programming tools such as .NET , SQL server , C# .
