E-statement Service

Use your credit card account number and ATM PIN# to log in to Cyberbanking for the first time and activate the e-statement service.

If you are already a Cyberbanking user and have registered your credit card account as a related account^, skip to “E-statement service activation”.

# If you need to have your ATM PIN reissued, please call our Customer Services Hotline. The PIN will be sent to you in 4 working days.

^ If you want to register your credit card account as a related account, please call our Customer Services Hotline. The registration will be completed in 3 working days.

1 Log in to Cyberbanking. Select “E-statement/e-advice” from the “Settings” menu at the top left of the page. The “Delivery Instructions” page will then be displayed.

2 Click “Edit” to update your email address if necessary in order to receive a notification email when the latest e-statement is available.

1 Visit the BEA website at www.hkbea.com. Select “Cyberbanking” under “Hong Kong” from the “Log in to Cyberbanking” menu on the right hand side.

2 Enter your credit card account number and ATM PIN, then click “Log in”. After changing your PIN and entering your email address, you can then begin using Cyberbanking.

3 Check the box under “E-statement” beside the appropriate account number, then click “Proceed”.

4 Read through the terms and conditions and click “Agree”, then verify your instructions and click “Confirm” to complete the activation.
