e-Panchayat MMP
National e-Governance Plan (NeGP) of GoI, has
vision to “make all Government Services accessible
to the common man in his locality, through common
service delivery outlets and ensure efficiency,
transparency and reliability of such services at
affordable costs to realize the basic needs of the
common man.
To fulfill this objective, deployment of selected
Mission Mode Projects (MMPs) – Projects with
significant citizen interface – launched.
e-Panchayat Mission Mode Project launched in 2006.
– To strengthen e-Governance in Panchayati Raj
Institutions (PRIs).
– To build capacities of the PRIs for effective adoption of
the e-Governance initiative.
Panchayat Enterprise Suite (PES) introduced
comprising of 11 Core Common applications.
At present Panchayat Enterprise Suite operational
with 10 Core Common applications.
GIS layer module is under conceptualization.
In Telangana PRIASoft, Plan Plus, NPP(Telangana
Panchayat Portal), Action Soft, Area Profiler, LGD are
Operationalized.

Local Government Directory: Fields
Key Features of Local Government Directory:
Generation of unique code for each local government body - each
local government body is assigned with a unique code.
Maintenance of local government bodies and its mapping with
constituting land region entities. For ex. gram panchayat mapping
with villages.
Mandatory upload of Govt. order for each modification in the
directory - to ascertain the users that the data published in LGD is
authentic.
• Maintenance of historical data - when modifications take
place in LGD, the old values/data is archived.
• Provision to maintain state specific local government setup.
• Compliance with Census 2011 codes.
• Facility to integrate with state specific standard codes - if
any state is following standard codes for state level
software applications, the same code can be linked to LGD
code.

Panchayat, Mandal Panchayat and Gram Panchayat) in

The number of Panchayats started uploading contents
into their respective Panchayat portals in NPP
application at all Panchayat levels (Zilla Panchayat,
Mandal Panchayat and Gram Panchayat) in each
District.
The amount/number of content uploaded at all
Panchayat levels in each district.
PriaSoft
Fields of PriaSoft
Financial Year wise reports are prepared for PRIASoft which gives
the number of Panchayats that closed the Year Book at both Mandal
and Gram levels.
This also shows whether Zilla Panchayat has closed year book or not.
It shows the percentage of closure in the whole district and number
of panchayats yet to close the year book (at all Panchayat levels) for
that particular year.

Gram Panchayats: 954 closed out of 1006 (94.83%)
2014-2015: Mandal's: 0 out of 50

Fields of Local Government Election
More than 90% of Panchayats have uploaded their elected
representative details in all districts.
The number of Panchayats started entering the Local Govt.
Election section at all Panchayat levels (Zilla Panchayat, Mandal
Panchayat and Gram Panchayat) in each District.
The number of elected representatives entered at all Panchayat
levels in each district which is also useful for general
administrative purposes.
2.Local Government Employee
Fields Of Local Government Employee
The number of Panchayats started entering the Local
Govt. Employee section at all Panchayat levels (Zilla
Panchayat, Mandal Panchayat and Gram Panchayat) in
each District.
The number of employees entered at all Panchayat
levels in each district which is also useful for general
administrative purposes.
3.Local Government Profile
Fields Of Local Government Profile
Local Government Profile section has general geographic and
demographic details, Transport, Boarding and Lodging facilities,
Tourist places, neighboring local bodies sections.
The number of Panchayats started entering the Local Govt.
Profile section at all Panchayat levels (Zilla Panchayat, Mandal
Panchayat and Gram Panchayat) in each District.
The amount of content (in number) entered at all Panchayat levels
in each district.
BSLLD Dataset
Fields Of BSLLD Dataset
Basic Statistics Local Village Level Data (BSLLD) Dataset has 16 blocks where
each block might contain at least 2 and at most 46 questions.
The number of Panchayats started entering the BSLLD Dataset section at all
Panchayat levels (Zilla Panchayat, Mandal Panchayat and Gram Panchayat) in
each District.
The Gram Panchayat that has answered highest no. of questions in each district is
mentioned which helps other Gram Panchayats to know how data can be
collected for this section i.e., Gram Panchayat acts as a resource of knowledge
transfer to other Gram Panchayats in the district.

Fields of Family Register
Family Register section is applicable to only Gram Panchayats.
Reports are prepared in a way that it gives

The number of families entered in each district which is also useful
for general administrative purposes.
Committee Member

The number of Gram Panchayats started entering the
Committee Member section at all Panchayat levels

Panchayat) in each District.
