Procedures of implementing Inter Institutional Agreements for ICM at UE

• A call for application contains:

• Name of the partner institution;

• The study programs involved in the mobility;

• The period of mobility;

• Deadline for the application;

• List of documents for application .

Evaluation of applications

Evaluation of applications is carried out by the evaluation committee at institutional level;

Student selection criteria consist of, but are not limited to: Language proficiency; Academic merit; Priority is given to students applying for the first time.

Selection criteria of academic staff for teaching/ training consist of, but are not limited to: Language competences in foreign languages, as defined in the cooperation agreement; Priority is given to staff from the priority areas of study programs; Priority is given to staff who apply for the first time.

Selection criteria of support staff consist of, but are not limited to: Language competences in foreign languages, as defined in the cooperation agreement; Strategy of the institution and its priorities.

• In any case, after confirmation of the partner institution, list of confirmed mobility for students and academic staff should be made known to the Rectorate structures and departments.

• The mobility period for students and staff shall be certified through a document confirming mobility, the start and end date of the mobility and the activities carried out, according to the annexes attached.

After mobility

• Students are presented to the home university with :

• Certificate of attending Erasmus+ program;

• Certificate of evaluation marks;

• Program of the studies followed at host institution.

The period of the students` mobility is subject to the procedure of credits` acknowledgement and transference, by also enabling them to take the exams not

necessarily respecting the exact date decided for the other students as foreseen by the law and bylaws for higher education in Albania

• 15 students incoming ( 12 for the first semester and 3 for the second semester);
