E- LEARNING INTRODUCED IN CHILDLIFE

ChildLife Foundation has embarked on a new journey to facilitate learners for life bytransferring all its trainings and pediatric emergency medicine course assessments

on online moodle platform. With the introduction of moodle, organization has evolvedthe process of continuous learning & development for doctors and nurses. E-

learning is easy to access and evaluate. Now learning at Childlife, is neither time norspace bound.

PAKISTANIS IN USA RAISE FUNDS FOR CHILDLIFE ChildLife's supporters hosted fundraising events in Maryland & Washington DC inthe month of March. Events in Austin, Dallas, Houston, Minnepolis, San Jose, NewYork, New Jersery will be held in April. We are humbled and thankful to the Pakistanidiaspora for their participation and continuous support.

IMRAN IS THANKFUL TO CHILDLIFE 7 year old Imran, a resident of Keamari- a dusty old area of Karachi, is suffering fromasthma for 5 years. His father is asthmatic too and sells rice on a stall to support hisfamily of 8 members. He arrived at ChildLife Emergency Room at Civil hospital Karachi in life threateningcondition and required emergent treatment by a physician. He was managed initiallyin resuscitation area of ChildLife Emergency Room where his condition improvedafter continuous nebulization and IV medications. He was later shifted to ward for

observation and nebulization. Imran’s mother was grateful to ChildLife Foundationand appreciated the staff for the care being given to her son.
