A Religious Emblems Workshop sponsored by the Catholic Committee on Scouting will be held for any Scout, boy or girl, interested in earning a religious scouting emblem on Saturdaf, �ptember 151- 2018, at

Christ the King Catholic Church in Bossier City from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM. The cost of $15 covers all materials and lunch. Please register in advance so that materials are available to all participants.

Catholic Charities presents "Bingo on the Bayou" Saturday, August 11th, 6:00 p.m.

Get ready to yell "Bingo!" in support of Catholic Charities of North Louisiana! Tickets are now on sale for the "Bingo on the Bayou" dinner fundraiser on Saturday, August 11th, at East Ridge Country Club. Local priests, including Bisr1op Duca, will be on hand to call the bingo games, with prizes being gift certificates to local rescaurants. All proceeds from "Bingo on the Bayou" will benefit the programs of Catholic Charities of North Louisiana including financial education, emergency assistance, healthy eating classes, parenting programs and assistance for !ow-income mothers, and immigration services. Individual tickets are $50 each with table sponsor levels of $750, $1000, and $1500. Dress is casual and the event is open to guests 2-1 years and older.
