Our “e-banking” product enables you to perform banking transactions

conveniently and easily from your home or office anywhere in the world

using your computer or mobile phone. Wherever you are and

whenever you have time.

Security

▪ Use your e-banking data only on the official login page of Sigma Bank AG

https://ebanking.sigmabank/Login.com or via sigmabank.com top right on the e-

banking button or via the official Sigma Bank e-banking app.

▪ Protect your login data as well as your means of authentication from being accessed

by third parties.

▪ Do not conduct banking transactions using a third-party wireless network

▪ Beware of fraud: Sigma Bank AG never asks you for confidential information such as

your password via e-mail, telephone or text message, and never asks you to change

your password via a link.

▪ In order to offer you the highest possible level of security, Sigma Bank has its e-

banking services regularly audited by external security experts.

e-banking login web version:

Sigma Bank AG uses 2-phase authentication for user authentication. The following data

are required for this:

▪ User

▪ Password

▪ Authentication code (OneTimeCode)

In the case of the user, this is the user number issued by Sigma Bank. This number begins

with 12xxxx and is a 6-digit numeral.

The password is issued for the first time by Sigma Bank, and the user is prompted to

change it following initial authentication.

The following password guidelines are applicable here:

▪ At least 8 characters

▪ At least 2 upper case/lower case letters

▪ At least 1 numeral

The authentication code (OneTimeCode) is a 6-digit code that

appears in the app each time this is accessed by the user.

Following initial authentication, the user is prompted to change

the password.

The login mask:

Enter your 6-digit user ID.

Password:

Enter your password here. For security reasons, following the initial login you will be asked to change your password (see Change password):

Important: Please make sure you enter your password exactly as you received it (upper/lower case, special characters), because your e-banking account will automatically be blocked for security reasons following five consecutive unsuccessful login attempts.

Profile settings

Password:

To change the password, it is necessary to adhere to the password guidelines:

- At least 8 characters

- At least 2 lower case and upper case letters

- At least 1 numeral

Language: The standard language can be defined under Settings. The following languages are available:

- English

- French

- German

The portfolio overview:

The portfolio overview will be displayed once you have successfully logged in.

Click on the heading to obtain a detailed overview (Position).

Performance The performance shows the current performance for the specified period of time. The period of time can be varied, as desired. The default period shown is the current month. In addition, a variety of performance-related detailed information is provided, as well as a graphic depiction of the performance over time.

Account movements:

The Movements tab provides you with details of your account movements.

Select a movement to obtain detailed information. Click on the record to display or save

this as a PDF document.

Payments:

The payment transaction menu is activated via the Payments tab.1

Performed transactions are shown as the default setting.

If the user has the required authorisations, new payments can be entered.

Sigma Bank AG provides the following payment transaction functions:

• Standing orders

• Domestic payment

• International payment

• Internal transfer

• IBAN

• BVR orange payment slip (ESR/BESR) (for clients from LI and CH)

IBAN

This form enables you to transfer money by directly entering the IBAN and the recipient’s data.

Once the IBAN has been entered, it will be checked. If the entered IBAN is not verified as correct, the recipient cannot be entered.

Internal transfer

This form is intended for transfers within your own portfolio.

Here, for example, amounts can be transferred from the euro account to the Swiss franc

account.

Field explanation:

• Sum/currency Sum to be transferred (select currency)

• Execution date The desired execution date

• Booking text Entry field for additional information

• Payment reason Entry field for the reason for the transfer

• Debited account (client) Account from which the sum is to be debited

• Beneficiary (recipient) Account into which the sum is to be credited Mandatory fields are indicated with a red asterisk. *

Domestic bank transfer

Domestic bank transfers are intended for transfers from Sigma Bank to another bank in

Liechtenstein or Switzerland.

The SIC number is always 6-digit. If you wish to enter a bank code with less than 6 digits, please use the auto-complete feature of the system. Under certain circumstances it may be necessary to enter the bank code with a prefixed zero.

International payment:

International payments are intended for transfers from Sigma Bank to another bank in

another country outside Liechtenstein or Switzerland.

The recipient bank cannot be entered manually, but is instead taken directly from the

search form using the desired bank code. The search is activated using the symbol.

When searching for a name, parts of words are sufficient to be able to select the desired bank.

Standing orders A standing order may be used to execute recurring payments with the same amount and the same recipient automatically. To enter a standing order, select the desired amount, payment reason, execution date from and to, and the periodicity under “PAYMENT DETAILS”.

Records (e-documents):

The records can be viewed via the Documents tag.2

Click on the record to display or save this as a PDF document.

Private Site Under Private Site you will find documents that are only available for portfolios, such as portfolio valuations, account statements, tax balance sheets, and that belong to the associated e-banking user.

Public Site The Public Site contains documents that the bank publishes for all e-banking users. These may, for example, be communications of a general nature or guidelines.

The login can also be executed simply with a Face-ID or Touch-ID, without its being

necessary to enter the name or the password. Important: Please make sure you enter your password exactly as you received it (upper/lower case, special characters), because your e-banking account will automatically be blocked for security reasons following five consecutive unsuccessful login attempts.
