E 930 fuse holders

The wide range of ABB SACESystem pro M modulardevices has been extendedwith the E 930 series of fuseholders with new enhancedperformance levels includingoperating at up to 690 V a.c.With the IP 20 degree ofprotection, the E 930 fuseholders are available for allversions (1P, 1P+N, 2P, 3Pand 3P+N) in sizes for gL andaM industrial cylindrical fusesof 8.5x31.5 mm (up to 20 A),10.3x38 mm (up to 32 A),14x51 mm (up to 50 A) and22x58 mm (up to 125 A) and,on request, in special 8.5x23mm (up to)10 A), 10.3x25 mm(up to 16 A) and 10.3x31.5mm (up to 25 A).The series also includes theE 930-S fuse holder/isolatorwhich complies with thereference StandardEN 60947-3 for 32 A fuses.With regard to application,these devices have beendesigned to be particularlysuitable for protection againstoverloads and short-circuits inelectrical installations, both inthe residential/tertiary sectorand the industrial sector.

Customized protection forfuses of all sizes

If overloads and short-circuitstake place, fuse interventioncan be signalled by replacingthe blind front of the fuseholders for fuses of 8.5x31.5mm (up to 20 A) and 10.3x38mm (up to 32 A) with an E930/KIT transparent cover

and installing a standard lamp6.3 x 28 mm in the specialhousing which lights up if thefuse trips.As far as the versions for fusesof 14x51 mm (up to 50 A) and22x58 mm (up to 125 A) areconcerned, the same remote

signalling function isguaranteed by specialmicroswitches which areavailable as accessoriestogether with a special kit forcoupling up to ten single polesfrom 50 A to 125 A.
