System is an comprehensive System. It covers all spheres of life.Particullary, it can be devided in the following kinds:

1. Economic Justice. 2. Social Justice. 3. Judicial Justice. Islamic Social System is based on the Holy Quran & Sunnah. The

basic purpose of an Islamic state is to implement the whole socialsystem in the state. Therefor, different judicial institutions wereestablished in the Islamic history. Shortly, in the form of islamic socialsystem, islamic state was successed to provide equal justice to allmuslims and non muslims. Currently, those Problems, which arebeing faced by pakistan, can be solved through the implementationof islamic social system in the counrtry.
