The measured value should be reduced (increased on cc224-624) with 2-3mm to achieve the correct pre-tension of the shock absorbers. with Dynapac shock absorber kits

Benefits?• Economical• Easy to install, reduces time spent in workshop• Easy to order, everything you need in one box.

What’s included? • The correct number of shock absorbers needed • 4 x shims, 1 or 1,5 mm depending on model • Pre-tensioning instructions

General tips ◄

• Correct pre-tension of shock absorbers will double their life span• Rubber shock absorbers should not be stored for long periods• Do not change just one shock absorber at a time. A new shock absorber is much stiffer than used shock absorbers and will crack in a short time. Change at least all shock absorbers on one side of a drum at the same time• Used elements are softer than new shock absorbers and can be used as replacement shock absorbers even one at a time, as long as there are no cracks deeper than 25 mm (1 in.)
