Chapter 2 Objectives and methodology of the study with reference to Training & Workshops conducted The student proposes to carry out the study based on the following parameters:-

To study the ongoing activities with reference to Training and Development at HR Service Center department in India Pvt Ltd. To Study and understand various training and development methods adopted at HR Service Center department in India Pvt Ltd. To understand the procedures involved in organizing Training and Development Programmes. To study the means of collection of data regarding Training Needs. To study the methods of imparting training, by attending training sessions in the company. To reiterate the conceptual framework of T&D activities and relate them to this organization.

Chapter 3 - Conceptual Framework of HRD, Training and DevelopmentThe focus here would be to revisit the knowledge gained during the course of the ISTD programme. The concepts would be covered along with the necessary framework to be adopted for carrying out T&D activities within the ambit of development of human resources. The following would be addressed:- Importance and Significance of Training and Development. Management Development methods. Training Process and training cycle. Identification and classification of training needs. EvaluationSources and Methodology Feedback of employees. Interviews/interaction. Chapter 4 Report on Five Training ProgramsDuring the course of the project different training programs would be attended by the student in the company. Chapter 5 - Evaluation of A Training PROGRAMME

The process of examining a training program is called training evaluation. Training evaluation checks whether training has had the desired effect and attained the objective.
