Experience LIVESTOCK MANAGER, MEADOWOOD FARMS; CAZENOVIA, NY- DECEMBER 2014 -JULY 2015 (AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT) As the livestock manager of Meadowood Farms I was responsible for the daily care of approximately 350 animals. Most of the livestock were East Friesian dairy sheep, however the flock was also accompanied by a herd of Belted Galloway cattle. I was the primary employee responsible for the health and well being of the animals and managed a staff of three part time employees to assist me. General labor duties included but were not limited to fencing, rotational grazing, fieldwork, barn chores and machinery operation. Managerial duties included hiring, scheduling, payroll, and assigning daily tasks. Additionally, I was responsible for the record keeping of the farm through which I became efficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. In addition to my general labor duties, I also participated in weekly Farmer’s Markets as a representative of the farm. I was responsible for conveying my knowledge of our products to potential customers and handed out free samples. We accepted both cash and credit card payments using point of sale technology. Furthermore, I successfully designed and implemented a new website for the business as well as managed the social media marketing of all aspects of the farm. This increased the revenue and awareness of our products almost instantly. BARCLAYCARD US; WILTON, ME- JANUARY 2013-NOVEMBER 2014- (CUSTOMER SERVICE, TELECOMMUNICATIONS) ACCOUNT RESOLUTIONS SPECIALIST- MAY 2014- NOVEMBER 2014 As an Account Resolution Specialist I was dedicated to an “assist” queue to handle customer escalations transferred from the front line staff. These call transfers required me to utilize problem solving skills to resolve customer escalations to the benefit of both Barclay’s and the Customer. As an ARS I was required to solve customer inquiries of a complex nature. It was expected that I record interactions received in this queue to identify trends, root causes, and coaching/development opportunities within the call center. Additionally I was called upon to act on behalf of a Team Manager when appropriate. RELATIONSHIP MANAGER- JANUARY 2013- MAY 2014 A Relationship Manager is the primary interface with existing and potential customers. My role included receiving several hundred inbound calls and solving and/or educating customers on specific account information, concerns and inquiries to make the interaction as easy and desirable as possible. After becoming efficient in this role, I was then cross trained as an email agent to perform these tasks via email. As an email agent I quickly became a site leader is several stat categories (Emails Per Hour, Quality Scores, Complaint Rates) and was highly commended for my success. OFFICE ASSISTANT, STATE FARM INSURANCE; FARMINGTON, ME- 2012-2013 (OFFICE ADMINISTRATION, CUSTOMER SERVICE) At State Farm Insurance I was the first point of contact for our clients. I was responsible for greeting incoming clientele, answering telephone calls in a timely manner, scheduling appointments, accepting payments, and following up on a variety of claim services. These tasks were completed using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook and Excel. As I was successful in this role I also became certified to sell banking products such as credit cards. Although this was truly a wonderful position I chose to leave the company as I was in need of a full- time position. SALES ASSOCIATE, OLYMPIA SPORTS; FARMINGTON, ME — 2009-2012 (RETAIL, CUSTOMER SERVICE)

As a sales associate at Olympia Sports, I was introduced to the retail industry. The employees of Olympia Sports are expected to provide and demonstrate a very high quality of customer satisfaction. In order to achieve this I was responsible for greeting customers within fifteen seconds of their entrance, directing them to their desired location, assisting with shoe sizing, and cross selling merchandise to meet weekly sales quotas. At the end of their visit I would cash each customer out which allowed me to become experienced using a cash register and furthered my cash handling skills. During down times, I was expected to merchandise the store to offer a crisp, fresh look, in addition to general tasks such as cleaning and managing store inventory.

STUDENT TELLER, FRANKLIN SAVINGS BANK; FARMINGTON, ME — 2009-2010 (BANKING, CUSTOMER SERVICE)

As a student teller, I was guided through the bank teller training program offered by Franklin Savings Bank. This program was offered as a one semester business course through my high school. The school featured a micro-branch. I was called upon to perform basic teller transactions and became efficient with the computer interface used within their bank. Over the course, I was thoroughly trained in bank security, confidentiality, and cash handling. Responsibilities included face to face customer transactions, mail-in requests (i.e deposits), and counting and securing my cash drawer. The course was graded and I finished the semester with high honors.
