its first outlet was established at JalanHayam Wuruk, Jakarta.

'Donuts as a whole reached 80.8%.
Along with the strong awareness and positioning Dunkin 'Donuts,
which has been evidenced through survey
results, in early 2001, Dunkin' Donuts Indonesia back to make a
breakthrough by applying new concepts (newimage) at each outlet.
Activities new image is done gradually by changing the logo,
interior design stores, and
various other changes. The impact of the new image makes Dunkin
'Donuts looks more fresh and in accordance
with the wishes of the market.
Along with continued activity dilangsungkannya new image, Dunkin
'Donuts Indonesia also pledged a
commitment to focus more on improving products and services.
Thus the expected level of customer satisfaction
with Dunkin 'Donuts can continue to increase.
