    Purpose

The new DTG program encompass Learning, Acting, and Sharing, which the boy records in his personal Duty to God Manual and his personal

    journal.

Leaders are encouraged to have a progress record and record requirements completed as individuals and a quorum (retrieved on 10/27/10 from

http://www.dutytogod.com/bestpractice/). This Microsoft Excel file is a progress record tool which leaders can use .

    Instructions:

    1. Tabs: Deacon/Teacher/Priest

Each tab lists the Duty to God Requirements, and has open space below the requirements where the leader can write information.

    a. One sheet per boy in the quorum can be printed, stapled, three-hole punched, and placed into the leader's 3-ring binder.

    b. The leader can use the open space under each requirement to write dates and notes when the boy shared experiences in a

quorum meeting, to write dates and notes when the boy shared experiences with him (the leader), or to write general notes on

progress the boy is making toward that requirement.

These Deacon/Teacher/Priest tabs can be used both by leaders and parents.

    2. Tabs: Quorum Schedules

Leaders are encouraged to hold monthly presidency meetings and plan to complete D2G requirements as a quorum (retrieved on 10/27/10 from

http://www.dutytogod.com/bestpractice/). These Quorum Schedule tabs can be used as a tool for planning dates and assignments.

Feel free to copy these sheets , to make changes as you see fit, and to distribute. Happy Recording! :)

If you have any questions or recommendations for the sheet's improvement, please email me at [email protected] (underscore

    between my names).
