Healing with Light A - Crystal Meditations

As always, learn healing first by practicing upon yourself.Two Practices Using Breath and Light follow. (Keep in mind that thehuman eye can only see a small portion of the entire spectrum of light.)

First Practice

Breathe InImagine or feel yourself a crystal. Breathe in light, absorb light.

Hold

a few seconds feeling the cells, even the atoms, of the crystal that isyou aligning, jiggling, dancing in light.

Breathe OutFeel yourself/the crystal radiating light from each cell, each atom.

Repeat 5X

Second Practice

Breathe InImagine or feel yourself a crystal, receiving the light of the universe,

absorbing it into your being until you are filled with light living,resonating light, vibrating at a very high frequency.

HoldNotice a part of you that needs light and healing. It could be in your

body, your feelings, your thoughts, your relationships, your heart, yoursoul, your spirit.

ExhaleFeel that part receive light, as if the crystal is a prism, shining the light

Try to get into the consciousness of a crystal. Experience that wonderfulreadiness to oscillate at the frequency in which it is supposed to oscillate by theconjunction of forces. The crystal lends itself to the rays of the sunburst of lightthrough it. You experience what its like to be so much in sync with the cosmicharmony that you also become an instrument of the light of the universe. Youfeel yourself totally clear, luminescent and effulgentWe do something to the nervous tissue in our body by experiencing ourselvesas a crystal. The molecules of the proteins of our nervous cells align themselvesbecause they are what is called aphasic liquid crystals. Nervous tissue has thesame property as a crystal, except it can be stretchedImagine now what youre doing to your body by concentrating on a crystal.

Your whole body, even the molecules of your flesh are getting themselvesordered in such a way as to become favorable to the passage of light throughyou. The photons flow from the nervous tissue toward the outside, and fromoutside toward the nervous tissue. Your aura burns much brighter. You becomean instrument of light.

The light of awareness can give you power, because it manifests as truth, andtruth is the greatest source of power. With this awareness, you can cureyourself. The cells of your body are sparkling, emitting light; they arecontinually regenerating, being replaced, or replacing themselves. The

intensification of the light of the aura will cause your cells to regenerate andproliferate faster. That is healing with light. You can infuse the light of yourawareness and direct the light of your aura into the cells of your body, just likecasting a flashlight beam in a dark room. It is not totally dark becauseeverything is sparkling, but you give it extra light. That light infuses your body,giving you vitality.
